Used to be all done by the undertakers as years ago that was the reason they were buiders/undertakers Most come from Indonesia due to the cheap labour and availability of wood (rain forest)

Myself and tom have a big stockpile of trees i cut down last year which should give us 20/30 cube and my 4/5 regular customers who i only really supply will take up that lot. Mainly softwood with some sycamore so will sell as mixed £65 ton bag

People are not going to stop needing logs are they, A lot have no access to gas central heating and have solid fuel systems installed so why the glum outlook ??

Some thing a lot of people forget and its not the nicest subject but the way things are at the moment its reality. I do a fair amount for one of the local undertakers and like he has said to me in the past,When people loose parents ants/uncles and close older family they leave behind property and money ect, In time all that comes back into the system which keeps the economy running so always the need for trades people and always will be. Just going to take time for things to get going again. Trees will not stop growing and people will always need places to live.
