  1. It's bloody lovely. I sometimes chuck in some garlic stuffed green olives too. The more wine the better ?
  2. My own invention is this one.... Boil some pasta and steam a bit of broccoli on top. I use whole grain pasta. Meanwhile fry some bacon and onions and garlic. When soft add a jar or red pesto, tin of tomatoes and a good amount of cheddar cheese. Simmer and stir till all melted and infused. Once done add a glass of red wine or a small amount of apple cider vinegar and throw all into a casserole pot and mix up. If you are a fan of garlic, bacon and cheese you will love that.
  3. Wow.. I would hate to have to work in your economic environment. Like something out of Dickens' Hard Times.
  4. I'm not quite sure what you're driving at with that remark. Pretty sure you're being a cock though...
  5. Historically, assumption hasn't been friendly to me...
  6. The smaller the job the higher per m2. Still got to excavate, whack in membrane and sub base, bedding layer then top no matter what the job. Smaller it is the more efficient you have to be in a way in a way. Price seems fair if it includes the VAT.
  7. I can't see why the ones they currently have can't stop and search people. Might not be optimal but it's a start. Guarantee you knife crime would go down by some considerable margin. Once again it's an example of the establishment worrying more about political correctness than talking openly, and tackling real problems.
  8. Reinstate stop and search. Impose stiff penalties. Sack that bloody idiot Sadiq Kahn
  9. Dark. But yeah that's how I'd do it too. Maybe Southern comfort though. Packs more of a punch.. Hell, I might even have a few cigarettes..
  10. Once you've gone black, you never go back ?
  11. He'll be paying 40% on everything coming in above 40k so not so bad. That said, if you've paid taxes your entire life and your offspring will also pay inheritance tax on that which you bequeath them, then I think paying tax on a pension is a bit of a piss take. Certainly as you're taxed to the gills on just about every damn thing you buy also.
  12. As stated, I was just pissing around. Being deliberately course if you will.. So climb off my balls with your disingenuous bullshit.
  13. From others prick! And your point is what?
  14. Tsk... She is, and I also love her so i was obv talking out of my ass.
  15. I plan on upgrading my existence to a hot part of the world where my sterling has 10x the value. If my wife isn't still sucking my balls by then, I'll upgrade her too...
  16. Erm, really 3 weeks off? I'd get a second opinion on that, these gp's like to cover their asses. Looks like a tidy wound which you could go back to work with in my humblest of humble opinions ?
  17. I was immensely busy until 3 weeks ago. Then dead, then gastric flu and off for a week. Now sitting here thinking WTF. I think the problem is Brexit. Being deep in the shit is immensely preferable to not knowing how in the shit you are going to be. You can at least take steps to remedy your perturbation when you're right in the tangible deep and smelly. Theresa May is a clown. A fool beyond measure for not realising this. Dragging out the unknown has done far more damage than leaving, deal or not.
  18. I'm a cheap Port and cheese man myself. Guiness and a kitkat though works well...
  19. Well the champagne bit is sorted. People keep buying me the horrible stuff. Got a few bottles of it now stored away...
  20. I'd love you to come an climb for me Khriss. I'd pay you a fortune just so I could learn. Alas, 90% of my work is fencing. You'd hate it.
  21. No I guess not. I'm about a month in advance ATM. But really to have any chance of getting through winter I need to be 2 or 3 months in advance by late summer autumn time. Really don't want to be having a conversation with my mate about how I can't give him work for 3 months over winter and Xmas for example. How beneficial is passive organic finds on google? I can be found in my local area but not my town. This didn't really bother me cos I don't want to work in town but obv a lot of people in suburbs do a search for say, Fencing, in the town, not the immediate locality.
