  1. Nope! - Enjoy
  2. Hello all. Going to be buying an 8x5 caged plant trailer for permanent stowage of stump grinder and my small self propelled chipper. Will be storing at my yard but not inside my shipping container. Was thinking along the lines of ground anchor under the trailer and chaining over an axle so not easy to cut chain. Perhaps a wheel clamp and hitch lock also as extra measure and covering all with a tarp. Uncertain as to best was to secure items within the trailer itself. Need to figure this all out before I buy it. Will obviously save me a lot of hassle being able to take pick up truck to trailer and hook up and have guys take van and tipper trailer direct to job site. Ta
  3. Started watching it a few weeks back but was knackered and fell asleep. Will watch it again on Sunday. If you like those types of movies, pretty sure you'll like Green Book. Best movie I've seen in a while. On another note.. was thinking hmmm, is Clint the only Hollywood celeb I like as a person. Denzel Washington is the only other that I sit up and listen when he has something to say. Solid dude.
  4. One of the few Hollywood types who I like to listen to generally. Gran Torino is a great movie. Glad he's not dead.
  5. Gone but never forgotten 2017-11-10 14.10.58.mp4
  6. I know about general care of plants. Not monkey puzzles so couldn't say but if it's been out in bright sun, neem oil would have burnt it. Also, a plant that small.. easy to over fertilise, especially when it's getting burnt, it'll lockout nutrients and cells will go into embolism. Over fertilization will affect the ph so you wont really know if it's soil ph problems or nutrient build up problems. I would not change soil unless soil is showing to be way too alkaline or acidic. Just adds another stress. It's not growing now. It's surviving. Water only. Indirect sunlight. Time.
  7. The neem oil in the sunshine has burnt it. If you're feeding it, reduce feed. Just give water for the next week or 2. Wash off the neem oil with detergent. Use horticultural soap, (not fairly liquid) with water from now on to keep on top of mites but don't put out in sunlight until it has dried out. When soil needs water, do it in the evening. It'll be fine. No where near dead... yet.
  8. Kept being tempted to ask about her but didn't know how. Fantastic result ? Sorry Eggs, for your loss.
  9. Not really mate. Biz as usual. Using subbies. Good ones so far. His brother in law is coming back full time next spring also so he's happy not to have to work with him as it was a concern. All worked out perfect except having to pay him all his holiday unexpectedly.
  10. It's the discipline of putting a razor sharp blade to your throat at the right angle and dragging it across your skin. The meticulous nature of it. But you're reading too much into it. I don't think it made me feel manly really. Was being tongue in cheek. More, a preparation process I guess. I do it for funerals also sometimes. Just a focus.
  11. Wish mine was like that. Defiant to the end. Command meant nothing until eye contact was made and held for a second or 2. Even then the command was only as permanent as your presence. I didn't bother trying to train it out. Had a grudging respect.
  12. No, quite overwhelming. Was 24 years old waiting for my car to be serviced near RSPC rescue centre. Thought, aah, take a dog for a walk to kill time. 41 years of age carry it into the vets and that was that. Sanest creature I knew. And yeah the add is utter BS.
  13. Haven't used Gillette in years thankfully. But after seeing this add a while back I'm very glad those SJW pandering 3rd wave feminist hypocrites are heading towards liquidation.
  14. I don't do quiet..
  15. I have zero clue what you're on about but I clipper close down twice during the week and use a Braun electric on weekends and holiday. Maybe on my birthday or special occasions I break out the cut throat to make myself feel all manly.
  16. Queue...... Dempsey!!
  17. Done it to death already.. Biggest issue is the dog. 16 years 8 months. Was struck by how upset I was. Blubbed like a girl as she was put to sleep.
  18. Youtube is your friend on this one.
  19. Well... This month my dog died. Van broke down TWICE. Currently out of commission all week waiting on an expensive part. Stump grinder engine seized. Bought a new one. Was over filled with oil so failed at a crucial moment. Employee walked out. VAT is due. Liability insurance is due. Pick up insurance is due. Waiting on every damn person for payment 30 days blah blah and my wife is abroad seeing family so I'm not getting any and I have to do my own cooking and laundry etceteraaaagh ....lol
  20. "With each new day, you find a way, to be your best" - FUCK YOU GILLETTE!
  21. I'm not. I'm booked till November. With a just under half of Jan booked. But yeah I am on the lookout.
  22. Looks a great trailer that ^^
  23. It bothered me cos we worked together for 2 years and I like the chap. It's a shame but he as I've explained, I paid him his market value and he wouldn't increase his market value to justify paying him more so we were at an impasse. But it's done now. So, onward!
  24. Sorry if i offended you I just don't want to collect customers who return for same rock bottom prices. Been there and done that. And we're booked till winter with 1st week of new year also booked so why bother.
  25. Then on day 10 they email you saying when are you coming blah blah we have a wedding blah blah
