  1. Logosol’s smart set is now being released in around April next year due to delays. Hopefully the smart handling system will follow shortly after. [emoji106]
  2. Logosol make a 5 and 8 kw electric corded saw. Absolutely ridiculous cutting speeds, insanely fast for a saw. But if you want to think outside the box... How about plasma? Anyone seen the guy who’s made a fully working plasma lightsaber on YouTube? Imagine a hand held portable plasma cutter lightsaber? No kick back, Could shorten or lengthen the flow of plasma to imitate a bar? [emoji848][emoji106]
  3. Yeah that wasn’t long back in London. WW3 is only a few clicks away if Kimmy finds Facebook and the memes. ???[emoji106]
  4. Yeah as Andy says b1001. Hydraulics are out, electric log handling is in! [emoji106]
  5. Could you post a few more on here? Looks like a great bit of kit[emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]
  6. All I’m saying is look abroad at the bigger picture. Islam is such an impotent threat to Europe compared with Russia or China. Our domestic terrorism problem is minuscule compared with so many other threats. But it really sells the daily mail. Much easier to understand than the murky realms of international politics.
  7. Quite frankly the worst thing I’ve ever heard or read about happening in my lifetime is the Chinese communist party. There’s a million+ people in concentration camps in China now. Forced organ harvesting from political dissidents. Etc. That’s genocide, organised by a world super power, Not some twat with a machete and a gun thinking he’s a waging a holy war, on his own.
  8. The 3120 is an excellent saw, very good for milling. It will take quite a bit to bed in, but somewhere between 10 and 15 tanks you should notice an increase in torque. Get a big bar and a mill and you’re off! [emoji106][emoji106][emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]
  9. I would just like to clarify, I have nothing against any religion. Or atheism. Believe whatever you wish. It’s people killing torturing enslaving in the name of..... Insert king/country/god/prophet/ancient aliens et al. [emoji22]
  10. How many die at the hands of the police in custody compared with terrorist murders in the uk? Who should you be afraid of really?
  11. Last November I got a call one morning from stihl. Woke up the next day, had to check my phone to make sure I hadn’t dreamt it. Said it would be shipped mid January. By the end of February I’d heard nothing. Then a call. Our man will be over Friday!!!!! Yes I had to agree to silence, but no nda. Yes I was pissing myself at the flagrant speculation and complete bullshit which got posted on the internet. Couldn’t say anything. Did get a bit paranoid someone would photograph and post it. Never happened. It was really kind of stihl to give me this opportunity. (And a hell of a lot of fun too) [emoji6][emoji106][emoji106][emoji106][emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]
  12. You are about a thousand times more likely to die in a car crash. Where’s the war on the car industry? I’m only suggesting we all have a skewed view of this. If every death had the same column inches/air time? How many people die a year in the uk from Islamic terrorism? Compare the media coverage it gets? Ever read the national accident statistics? More likely to die turning your electric alarm clock off or the toaster short circuiting. Don’t look at the death rate of drinking or smoking, you’d shit yourself. Islamic terrorism total hype and propagander. [emoji106]
  13. No. It’s heavy and slow. Get a 462 [emoji106]
  14. I’d put 5 tanks worth of cross cutting small stuff 12-18” before going bigger. Beds in about 12-15 tanks though. [emoji106]
  15. The video was made before the final production saw was released. It was the only one in the uk. The performance is very similar to the 880. (Identical on paper) except for fuel consumption. It just feels soooo different. (I though it was quicker to rev up and it felt like it had higher rpm). I really like the 30” bar for cross cutting. If I could I’d get 2. One for milling and one fir felling and cross cutting. [emoji106]
  16. Did a load of cross cutting and free hand milling with it fir about 5 tanks. Then went with the 60” mill for a few more tanks then went big. [emoji106]
  17. Christian crusades? Aren’t all religions fundamentally saying it’s ok to kill non believers? Gentiles, heathens, barbarians etc. Look what the “empire and colonialists” did. Where do you think adolf hitler got his most ****************ed up ideas from? Look at any tin pot dictator, he will be wearing a copy of a British uniform with extra garnish. Read British history and imagine being on the receiving end. [emoji106]
  18. Think a big steam box would do it. You might need to clamp it after to avoid warping. [emoji106]
  19. Nowt wrong with Trigger. He’s got his opinion and he’s a sharp bugger too. [emoji106]
  20. Or a stihl 461 if you can find one [emoji106]
