  5. It’s very different. On paper they are the same specs except for fuel consumption is 30% more efficient. (I’m told). However it feels like a chainsaw as opposed to an engine with handles. It feels lighter, more ergonomic,quicker too. They’ve moved the engine angle and lots of other tweaks. As far as milling goes it’s pretty damn sweet. Pulls an 84” bar through 5’ of oak well enough for me? I’ll be posting quite a few comparison videos over the next few weeks. [emoji106]

  20. Chain speed is determined by rpm and how many pins your sprocket has. Class in PPE is only about chain speed. Not torque. another bucket of worms.

  24. Did the felling for free in exchange for the trunks a few weeks back, it’s a woodland owned by a special needs school. That’s the “boring” half, the next piece up is covered in burrs with a big Union. [emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]
