  2. These are my mates chairs. Lots of top end exotic wood with an original design.[emoji106]
  3. Slow drying possibly. Elm is very cohesive. But I’d imagine most will split. Resin types like the splits though. [emoji106]
  4. Very nice [emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]
  5. 700mm isn’t big. That’s why I run panther mills. Usually I’m cutting 1000mm-1200mm+ You can’t move the log though🤣 [emoji106]
  6. Yes. If you’ve got three phase it’s a no brainer, Really cheap to run too. Have you seen how fast they cut!!! [emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]
  7. Erm... I’m not allowed to mention anything yet. Watch this space... [emoji848][emoji6][emoji106]
  8. Nice one![emoji108] Get some photos up soon [emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]
  9. An old mate of mine is a cracking chainsaw carver. Every year he drives from Wales, to park next to a roundabout for 2-3 months before Christmas just outside a rather posh city. Parks his camper van and starts carving. [emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]
  10. I use stihl chains up to 54” then swap to Oregon skip or hyperskip. I’m surprised about Carlton as they’ve been owned by Oregon for years. [emoji106]
  11. It’s a 3.8m cut if I remember. Great piece of kit. I’ll be using mine to cut planks and beams for the kiln I’m building. [emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]
  12. Good video, but no surprises really. [emoji106]
  13. We thought about 1-2 seconds difference. But it does have a lot of “extras”. Yeah be great to get one of your ported 6 series up against it. Had a go on one of your modded 661’s in Kent a while back. Very torquey! [emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]
  14. On Instagram I’ve seen floors, doors and walls. Would be expensive to do properly. [emoji106]
  15. Have you seen the machines which deal with the green waste at dechetteries? Could probably do the lot in a day. [emoji106]
  16. My mates chairs are £600-£900 each. [emoji106]
  17. For a 660 to cut faster than a 661, You have to do a looooooot of work to it. Can be done but it’s a big job. My Stock 661, Vs@wonky 660 [emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]
  18. Sunday saws.... [emoji6][emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]
  19. Because modern saws are better than old ones. (Mostly) 🤣[emoji106]
  20. No idea mate. They did it with nearly all the ranges. 042,44,46,48 etc 🤷🏽‍♂️
  21. On bbc news website, Only 4 minutes. [emoji106]
  22. Ever seen a stihl catalogue from circa 2000? There’s so many saws! Every 3-5cc. There’s also the 640 too. Stihl have massively reduced their range of pro saws. [emoji106]
