  1. This is a very interesting book. Unlike anything I’ve ever read. The main premise is about a form of mathematics which accurately predicts the behaviour of large human populations to stimuli and events. Anyone else read this?
  2. Hi Bob, Yes, we’ve tried all the cheap options too. Syphon pipe, syphon pipe with valve, squeezey hand pump, push pull plastic jobby, and I’ve also tried tipping them into a funnel/half water bottle and direct into the combi can…🥲 Last week the push pull pump stuck. £45 on a steel hand rotary pump. Perfect[emoji106]
  3. I buy aspen if I run out of motomix. It’s the oil yes, and no plastic 5L containers. (Got a big stack waiting to be turned into bolt boxes). [emoji106]
  4. Read my last post. [emoji106]
  5. Yes, Stihl motomix. It’s pre mixed with Stihl ultra, Comes in 55 litre drums, [emoji106][emoji106][emoji106]
  6. AHPP, you’re not normally this angry!? What’s up?
  7. Metal drums, 55 litres you can lift. Or 200 litres you can’t.[emoji106]
  8. Hi Philip, What are you paying for a piece? [emoji106]
  9. I’ve used aspen2 and Stihl motomix for 4-5 years? I buy the 55 litre drums of motomix now. Less plastic. Never go back to pump fuel. [emoji106]
  10. More of the Wych Elm marathon. 220cm x 50-90cm x 60mm Very nice[emoji108][emoji108][emoji108]
  11. Don’t think so, as it looks like the lower edge has no teeth. I’m guess img it’ll make sharpening easier. 🤷🏽‍♂️
  12. Just seem this. I’ll be phoning stihl tomorrow, see if it’s out yet?[emoji848][emoji106]
  13. I suppose it’ll be easier for the traffic officers too. They don’t know if the driver has a b+e until they pull them. But now they’ll just look for piss takers with overloaded or unsound trailers.
  14. There’s one in st nazaire by the big bridge over the Loire. You will be able to see it on google earth if it’s still there. It’s about several hundred times bigger than the one in the video. Looks like it’s closed down[emoji22][emoji22][emoji22]
  15. Not for use underwater…[emoji6][emoji106]
  16. From the stihl 2021 catalogue page 381. [emoji106]
  17. More Wych Elm yesterday and today. A 10’ and a 6’ log. Stihl ms881 and Panther 60” mill[emoji106]
  18. None. It’s all arbwaste. It’ll probably all get chipped. And no, there are many yards much much bigger, with actual stacks of wood, not just some random lumps tipped off.
  19. I’ll post the bit from the catalogue when I get home later[emoji106]
  20. Didn’t think anyone had noticed🤣[emoji106]
  21. The whole licensing system is a shambolic mess. There are dozens of exemptions for forestry and arboculture but aren’t used because it’s all so confusing and contradictory. I’ve had a dozen different answers from a dozen different people. Even the police dvla and vosa don’t know the laws regarding… 🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️🤷🏽‍♂️
  22. As a completely unqualified non practising doctor… Eggs is correct. Extra liquid painkillers served in a tumbler. [emoji106]
