South bank of the Thames about 20 years ago, there was a guy offering £10 to ride about 5-10 yards. £1 a go. As soon as you try to pedal or balance it all goes wrong… Only cost me about £5 before I gave up. Watched the guy do it 3 times in a row after to prove to the crowd it could be done. There was a queue… He must have made a fortune that day 🤣[emoji106]

Brighton is mainly English elm and some Wych elm. I looked into buying disease resistant elms recently. It’s only a golden? Elm that has some resistance. But not immunity. Yes, apparently the disease can spread through the root system. [emoji22]

If chainsaws were licensed very few people would get in to the trade. After several months of felling with a stihl 021, I bought a stihl ms440. 9 years later I got my tickets. [emoji106]
