  1. Quite right, but then I’d only get done for being over weight and not for towing without a licence as well. I don’t tow over weight though, so it’s not really an issue. I’d prefer to do two runs and I rarely pick up logs that are over 30 minutes from my house. Now I’ll be able to hire Plant which is handy, as is being insured to tow.
  2. And a licence would not stop that prospect from happening.
  3. You, just you. Everyone else seems quite happy with the prospect. I certainly am. I’ll be a lot safer towing 3.5t after the 15th since I’ll no longer be keeping an eye out for the police. I can fully focus on driving and towing. 😁
  4. Of course you where! 🤣🤣🤣 This is at least the third thread you’ve bitched about this. Your username is quite apt on this subject. It seems like it really is just you that has an issue here.
  5. Dry your eyes and do something else.
  6. You’re just bitter because you’re loosing your ability to fleece people. I passed my test in ‘98. No trailer licence. Never had an issue towing.
  7. I might just cut my 6” Beams out the hearts and have nice abs chunky slab wood that I’ll cut and bag up at the end. Will see if I can shift them. If not I’ll just bring them home for my own Stoves.
  8. Logosol makes one and its designed to fit on many Bandsaw Mill Rails. They have the standard and the max for bigger Mills like the B1001 and the HM130 MAX.
  9. They are amazing. Shipping to the U.K. within a week. Someone 2-3 days. I have no idea how they do it. They even have an option to pay the U.K. tax so your parcel comes direct to you, and saves you the dreaded Parcelfarce fee. Just check the depo’s of where your parts come from (A, B, C etc) it can make a huge difference to the shipping cost of there is more than 1-2 depos required. Their parts clearance is amazing deals too. Plus you get s free magnet each time you order. [emoji16]
  10. Cracking Truck! My mates selling a M880. An ex-US Forces converted W200. Wish I had the spare cash right now but don’t. I’ll get one next summer. I assume you use Rockauto for spares?
  11. What a stunning home. Repointing is on my “to do” list as well. Thankfully not to the scale you had to go to.
  12. Link does not show up on the mobile app but does on the web version.
  13. I can see where they’re coming from. A firearm is is used sporadically (unless it’s “in da hood”) and very little emissions produced. Millions of Californians mindlessly mowing their lawns with petrol is hardly fitting with the holier than thou attitude they seem to hold there. Potentially there is the forest fire risk as well.
  14. £1500????? I’ll buy it as a spare!
  15. I’ve got 50 cubes to see the winter out. Thinking ahead me. [emoji16]
  16. Ive got the same DeWalt twin pack. Ive only used the Drill a handfull of times but it feels miles better than my previous DeWalt Cordless Drill. The Impact Driver with its 178nm of Torque is brilliant. Rams in 6-8" Screws no bother.
  17. When making Maple Syrup Iyou have to boil it down to condense it, this will of course condense the flavour. The sap will be clear, and will taste like water with a very slight sweetness to it. It will take a LOT of sap to make a little bit of syrup. https://www.instructables.com/How-to-make-Maple-Syrup/
  18. Anyone have any idea what these are? Can’t find anything about them on-line. Growing at the base of a cherry tree in the garden.
  19. I agree. App is easier on a mobile and that's all I ever use. It’s where I do most of my arguing. 😁
  20. Not sure why you felt like you had to lie? Sounds like you’d have got the job being honest. “Of course” gives the implication you regularly lie to customers. 🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️
  21. Only after he’s figured out where he can cut the root to dig past it I guess? A for Andy
