  1. duty, vat, provenance, scams.
  2. she is just 3 years old now, the first hi spec in the country. The engcon really does make it a complete machine. Couldnt be without it.
  3. i hope this brings about the end of the failed socialist experiment that is the NHS. Impossible to see a GP, zero accountability to you the customer. Cancer treatments cancelled, zero accountability to you the customer. NHS refusing to operate on a 24x7 basis, normal 37 working week only as its convenient to the highly paid quacks. Zero accountability to you the customer. The NHS is not great. Its a treatment rationing death machine which the users of have zero control of.
  4. and if you want to service the machine yourself here is how to tirn off the spanner light.
  5. the additional pump on the 030-4 hi spec is elctronically controlled, there is a knob on top of the dash to control the flow. You can also program the flow using dash. It may not be enough to run your hedge but I would think its possible to rob the flow going to the tracks electrinically so you get more flow to aux. I can track and use the engcon on mine at the same time no problem. At the end of the day the flow is there you just need to control where it goes. I'll dig out the manual pages as you may not be on max flow for the pair of aux lines, may also need to flip the lever to drain to tank.
  6. id turn this round add £10 or £20 to the price so stacking is factored, then offer a tenner off if they stack themself.
  7. i wouldn't waste another second on it. Pop round later and take a nice steaming dump in the middle of her lawn and call it quits. Facebook is just a wimmins gossip page anyway feck it.
  8. their isnt a tax advantage your giving cash to the finance company as your paying whatever APR they are charging you over the odds of a cash purchase. Why not buy 10 and then you wouldn't pay any tax! Its a good option for cash strapped firms though.
  9. pikey scum
  10. how is everyone finding it ? Whats the prevailing wind like, sun on the horizon or treading water ? Vaccine around the corner is last chance saloon me thinks.
  11. if your not buying or HP then you are paying dear for the vehicle at the end of the day as the the finance company is milking you.

    CIS

Cant apply CIS on materials, would expect a full VAT invoice for any mats charged for so it can be reclaimed. Fiddling the VAT man to save yourself a few quid in tax is not a very wise idea. One phone call from the main contractor and your in a world of trouble.

    CIS

Dont forget most subbies are paying 20% instead of 0% as they cant be trusted to pay their tax in full and on time by the gov.
  14. you can hear the radio over it no problem.
  15. cordless dewalt 10L. Brilliant little job, use it for air gun fencing. DeWalt DCC1054N-XJ 54V XR FLEXVOLT 10L Air Compressor (Bare Unit) - Machine Mart - Machine Mart WWW.MACHINEMART.CO.UK
  16. From 1st march no subbies, sole trader, ltd co's etc will be able to charge VAT on any construction work to the main contractor. Domestic reverse VAT charge for building and construction services - GOV.UK WWW.GOV.UK Find out about the VAT domestic reverse charge for building and construction services that starts on 1 March 2021. This means all vat registered business contracting to a main contracter via CIS will have to reclaim any vat incurred on materials via their normal vat return instead of deducting it from vat received. This could actually be better for most subbies if they switch to monthly VAT they can reclaim the VAT before having paid the bill themself.
  17. not really accurate as it doesnt refelct time of day useage which is the only relevant measure. 4-5p kw/h is what should be paying to drive the heatpump. Powerwall/battery to time shift useage will become the norm electric cars can do this for you, the house draws from them when power is expensive - 4pm-8pm - and they fill back up when its free/cheap. Burning anything at all will be going to the way of diesel/petrol cars as its just bad for the planet.
  18. clearbooks, cheapest and easiest i found. does card payments etc
  19. we use to freeze it in blocks for them, i just asked my dad as i was a nipper, and he said when we went on holiday (which wasnt often) they stocked up as they didnt want to run out. Fingers crossed for you bud, worse feeling in the world seeing your kids in discomfort and not being able to do anything about it.
  20. so this rule of 6 bollox. planes full of 25 x 6 people ? = Allowed. Pub tables of 6 x 6 people ? = Allowed. Weddings of 15 x 2, 10 x 3 , or 5 x 6 = Allowed. BLM march - any number = Allowed. Family of 5 wanting to have gran and grandad for sunday lunch ? BANNED yep its total and utter bollox and will be giving it zero adherence, if plod fines me ill refuse to pay and have my day in court.
  21. try and get some goats milk for her. We used to supply a fair bit to local family who's kid had bad exzema, they swore by it. I was a nipper at the time and when we got rid of the goats and I tried cows milk I couldn't drink it as it just tasted odd after drinking goats milk. Havent had a glass of milk since, 45 years later.
  22. good nights work that.
  23. not entirely. It probably wont have a DPC so putting a new slab in with insulation is well worth it. You could when you decorate the rooms, use insulated plasterboard on the outside walls to help things along.
