  1. Calm yourself down and wind your neck in before you give yourself a turn. How do you know how I react to others and don’t question my manners when you know nothing of how I behave. It’s this type of self righteous moral high ground occupied by the likes of yourself and similar such opinionated jobsworths deriding those whom have a different opinion that is the most unpleasant part of this whole farce. No I don’t need pictures at all. I see plenty of people conforming every day to know what it looks like.
  2. My feeling is that the time’s are not that extraordinary at all rather more the reaction is in itself the main problem. Time will tell I guess. The annual increase in deaths due to winter flu will no doubt be the second wave that will justify it all. I’ve no battle to fight in reality just a different opinion and distrust of what is being peddled by the media and government.
  3. Not so much reason prevailing just an interpretation of what is reasonable and what isn’t in regards the reaction to this virus. The split on here is pretty obvious for anyone to see. Those whom are happy to go along with the lockdown and all it’s associated financial, social, mental health and knock on effects in regards the increases in deaths from other illness due to the focus on Covid. The other side of the coin are those whom think it’s been a badly managed huge over reaction driven by the media, self serving scientists with ludicrously over estimated predictions regarding casualties and politicians all too keen to enforce way over the top restrictions on every day life. To be honest as with Brexit or Tory/Labour etc etc one side ain’t gonna convince the other ?‍♂️.
  4. Indeed we do and I agree order is a good thing but the amount of experts, scientists or professors opinions you hear is dictated by wether or not their opinion conforms with the media hysteria version. The opinions, research and statistics of many others are never given any credence at all. The so called new normal is anything but. VI you often think I presume and post stuff way out of the box !!! There is nothing self righteous or silly in not wanting the mundane day to day activities and freedoms we have being controlled and eroded to a level that would have been unthinkable mere months ago.
  5. Bollocks to that Richard Coker ??. You truly love being told what to do it seems.
  6. Not a bad trait I’d say.
  7. No rebel far from? just I’ve not enthusiastically swallowed the propaganda and ludicrous pointless advice and guidance by the bucket as you seem to have. The image attached is just one of dozens of news reports and articles that are out there about the side effect of the insane over reaction to this Covid. I’ve never said the virus does not exist or that a worldwide conspiracy is ongoing. What I still believe is it’s been a catastrophic poorly thought out over reaction that has now to be continued in order to justify itself. Power and control are like a drug and anyone who denies that this is part of human nature especially those drawn to that in the first place is deluded. Politicians not all but a good few like nothing more than telling people what to do and how to live their lives. I keep quoting Scotland as this is where I live and quite frankly up here when you look at the statistics you cannot in any way shape or form justify the actions that have been and still are being implemented in the name of Covid. it’s like the bloody lunatics have taken over the asylum. Yet if you disagree or question any of it you are vilified by absolute moral zealots.
  8. 100% 02 is indeed administered to patients but the ambient atmosphere in a theatre will be normal or a miniscule amount above due to the leakage from masks or 02 admin kit, increased 02 levels do promote combustion but I don’t think we will see an 02 fire due to static off a pair of socks.
  9. I find that incredible quite frankly. A guy whom I’m working with could not even get I to see his father who is terminally ill with Cancer. My sons mrs has just had a child and the restrictions placed upon seeing his mrs or even how and when he could be there at the birth were strictly enforced yet you say you just wandered in and out at random!!!!.
  10. Well posting that bit of pathetic shite propaganda from such a bastion of free speech and info just makes me realise I need to stop thinking for myself right now and believe everything I’m told by the mainstream hysterical media ??. Be terrified the second wave is coming ???
  11. Actually you will find, and statistics prove it that far more react as she did than go the other way by a huge margin. Only difference is that it’s not given the hysterical air time that the other numbers are, I do think looking at a lot more of what scientists and news outlets are now being prepared to put out that this ludicrous over reaction and distortion of facts is going to seen for what it is in the not too distant future.
  12. Yeah must be the case eh. ?
  13. You may be surprised soon at how the UK has faired in reality once the total bollocks and hysteria ref statistics is exposed. Potentially endanger others ?‍♂️?‍♂️Come on what a naive statement. Look at the numbers involved here even once they have been hyped up for the gullible terrified masses whom just want to safe they still represent a negligible risk. Scotland where I live has of today 3 yes a terrifying 3 people in ICU with Covid 19, deaths in last 7 days or so 1 ?‍♂️?‍♂️with underlying health issues. Out of a population of 5.5 million. Calculate the odds !!!
  14. No Les I’m telling you what my experience of dealing with Andy was like ?‍♂️ If you don’t agree that’s fine but that does not make it nonsense I’m afraid Regards the negative comments,I’ve put a few things on here and on each occasion you have posted derogatory remarks based upon your own personal taste ie it was not what you liked, whilst you are perfectly entitled to an opinion you do have a tendency to deride other people’s efforts. The comments recently ref the steel and oak stairs being a perfect example. A particular part of two hard working people’s full time project over a 5 year period involving a whole load of effort and expense was dismissed in an instant as rubbish by yourself. That sort of attitude is undoubtedly gonna attract a negative repost as soon as an opportunity arises.
  15. Well Les I speak as I find bud and Andy has in the past sorted me out with some tidy oak to do a project for my daughter for which he would not take payment just a favour owed. My view is he is a straight talker ie a spades a spade ?‍♂️. The negative vibe you may detect off him could be due to the fact you tend to be very critical or dismissive of any work or projects anyone else does.
  16. Looked into this quite a bit and no doubt modern medical science and living standards in developed countries increase what we can expect all being well that is. But generally what I read was around the 38 yr mark ?‍♂️
  17. The mask is just another part of this whole mess Mark and once again you try and guilt people whom disagree with the enforcement of wearing them by quoting old people with asthma etc etc. The reaction and consequences of such has far outweighed the severity of the so called pandemic. It’s been a farce as was WMD. Difflock is correct in saying contrary to what western medical science has virtually convinced us the opposite of that we are all going to die at some point. Human beings are living way longer than nature ever intended us to as it is. Using the protect the vulnerable and old stance as a tool to guilt or get people to conform is shameful, a lot of these older generation have more balls and faced far worse that the hysterical I want to be safe types you see today. My mother is 75 and was reluctantly shielding at the start, up to the point very quickly where she had seen enough of this rubbish “ her words “ and just wanted to get on with what she has left of her life. Not obeying some ludicrous instruction from a jobsworth politician saying she can’t see or hug her grandchild.
  18. I can live with that no problem at all
  19. Ok that level of debate I can live with.
  20. I very much doubt you have ever been a qualified Diver Medic Technician. Poorly programmed ?? Why’s that because I doubt the severity vs the actions taken and consequences in regards this virus. Toys and anger is that how you refer to legally held firearms ?‍♂️once again you let yourself down. The bans and removal of personnel property from a law abiding individual bothers you not one bit as it didn’t affect you personally. You obviously know absolutely nothing of the SNP and how they have for years mismanaged health and education etc in Scotland. Do some research look at the amount of testing they have NOT done compared to England and the care homes death statistics etc etc before you make stupid uneducated claims about them managing the virus. The fact I’m a Unionist will always turn me against the snp anyway but if they were doing things that worked I’d acknowledge that no problem.
  21. Don’t talk utter shite Mark. The over reaction to it and ludicrous restrictions put in place are what I disagree with. I’ve seen fatalities at work and had the misfortune to be first on scene after actually witnessing an rta. I’ve also watched my grandmother pass away. Death in any forms is often a very unpleasant thing to witness. You know nothing at all of how I behave towards others, it’s pretty pathetic bordering on disgusting you use that line ie show some sympathy etc etc that’s exactly the guilt line that’s used if anyone dares disagree with or doubts the facts behind this virus. Basically unless I tow the line and go along with it I’m in the wrong and don’t care about the predominantly elderly or those with underlying health conditions that are at risk from this virus. Utter utter bollocks
  22. Without going into specific figures and looking at population density and actual testing etc that’s exactly the line they want you to swallow. Or the virus is nowhere near as bad as they are saying. Regarding the second comment try not to on occasion be such a total tit eh Mark
  23. The point ref the virus and comparisons to other diseases was clearly stated as worldwide not UK alone. If you want to go down the Road of preventable illness and protecting the nhs you could ban tobacco use in the UK tomorrow. I’ve never smoked and hate the habit but would not advocate a ban as if people want to smoke it’s not my business, but as has happened to myself and other FAC holders over the years with control and bans etc, if it doesn’t effect people they don’t care and gradually the level of control is increased usually all in the name of keeping the public safe ??. There was no point to miss in relation to the mask wearing. The reaction based on the numbers and statistics are totally out of proportion. That is my opinion based on what I’ve seen, read, studied and experienced first hand. As stated in another post I was part of the DMT response earlier in this so called pandemic and would have supported measures based upon the initial information that came in, subsequent statistics and the never published recovery rate have led me to believe slightly differently to what mainstream media hype would like. Scottish figures for example are virtually zero but the grip of control by the SNP is being rigidly kept hold of.
  24. Well the odds of what you are describing ref the amount of people you know and yourself etc who have had it are way off the national experience, god knows how you managed to be around so many positive cases. bollocks to wearing a mask or social distancing just to prevent even a common cold or the flu what kind of pathetic existence is that. There is loads that can be done about many of the diseases out there far worse than Covid 19, none of them have caused the international paralysis or got the media hype this has. The thing is the vast majority do not die or even show symptoms so the logic of better than dead is total and utter rubbish. Very easy to say but way different to deal with in reality. life goes on bud, We have to work with it or around this just as humans have done for thousands of years.
