  2. hitch it up on and flat area, and stand back and see how level the trailer is sitting, if the nose is very slightly down, it'll bounce
  3. it doesn't sound the same as mine did when it stopped working but it turned out to be a faulty remote unit, the actual black box bit that plugs in. sent me a new one and sorted it. it was just cutting out every 2 seconds u pushed the button anyone who hasn't got a remote is an idiot 🙃
  4. a 16mm self tapper won't come close to being any trouble on the underside, the ramps are probably about 120mm deep in total
  5. 3M Peltor Optime 3 Ear Defenders (H540A-411-SV) WWW.EBAY.CO.UK Void fill is New, and Biodegradable. Jiffy Bags are re-used and clean. Boxes are re-used and clean. i use these, 3M stuff is always good!

  11. Manual I'd say When I had I had so many issues with the xyz switch, cost me a fortune Again, check chassis very carefully, especially rear quarter
  12. depends what mates you have at the garage it's better to just completely gut the dpf and put it back on so visibly you can't see any changes
  13. Just get the dpf stripped out and then mapped out so to speak Most decent people that offer remapping can sort it Adblue was just mapped out of mine too, no physical changes to the vehicle
  14. DPF, Adblue and EGR all removed off my last truck
  15. and anyone who has a compressor, get an air line hose reel for it, great things
  16. i use the 50 litre version of that and haven't had any issues aren't amazing quality but they work... not a big deal if they don't last too long at that price though i would recommend going for the 50 litre over the 24 though if you can
  17. what did you use for the roof, another panel on the top and then some sheets onto that? i did a couple of these a while back and need to stick a roof over them
  18. posting a pic of anything with that dreadful 2.7 is a serious sin Edd. i'd be careful
  19. 300tdi disco 1 with a manual. rip out the rear seats and deck out and put heavy duty springs on the back if you need to carry that much weight got yourself a pretty capable 'workshop' that can get most places and cost you a fraction of what a pickup would by the time you've done all that work
  20. i'd defo wait till you can get hold of something that can lift more my avant is plated to lift 350kg, but by the time you've got tines on, there is 300ish left the ibc here has had the top layer cut off and filled with seasoned oak, and that's at it's absolute limit but that bags it'll handle absolutely fine, about .7 cube in the bags. i'd like to be able to do everything in ibc's but i have to use bags so yeh, wait till you can get some bigger i'd say
  21. its brilliant stuff 👍
