Temperatures here bearable 28/29 at their highest. Finishing that hedge lowering I started a couple of weeks back. You have to be mentally right for these, filled with a ‘gitter done’ attitude, otherwise it’s miserable. The money comes in handy of course! Have a good day.

I still have my paper licence. It allows me to drink 5 to 6 pints whilst still at the wheel, murder prostitutes, roll them up in carpet and leave their bodies In approved lay-bys, and demand that all women give me right of way if I’m about my manly business as they are likely just off to the Laundromat or wool shop.

I imagine the planning and all that was done when interest rates were low and mortgages were easy to get. Being a developer has always been a game of musical chairs. -
