  1. I only sell a small amount, but this is the first year I will have sold out. I have had people phoning me up because their log supplier has also run out. Whether 21/22 will be the same, who knows, but I am trying to stock up with a bit more.
  2. I wouldn't run them on a full size 4x4 as I prefer M/Ts, and as I said, they are not an aggressive A/T. As J is looking for 80% road I think they fit the bill. We are talking about a 2wd Berlingo van after all 😜
  3. Same size as my subaru J. I run these https://www.yokohamatire.com/tires/geolandar-a-t-g015 Maybe not as aggressive as some A/Ts, but if you need an aggressive A/T you need muds! Not been stuck yet and impressed enough with them that I stuck a set on the landrover.
  4. I run one of the woodlands mills FP160 thingies. Split enough for myself and a small number of log customers, plus hire out for the odd splitting job. I assume you have a hydraulic supply, so not looking for self-powered?
  5. Give Axminster tools a try, think they did the same lathe at some point.
  6. This is the only section this twat fits into, what a joke!!
  7. The common sense of it all summed up in one picture,
  8. I run a 2009 ms650. Also used for milling and larger tree felling. Never know why it was released being almost the same as a 660. I run it with bars ranging from 20" to 36" and is a good, strong saw. Got mine at a bargain price with a 25" bar and a brand new stihl 36" bar and chain. It had been bought to finish one tree job when the guys husky blew up mid-job and then sat in his garage until I put the idea of selling it in his head 😏 Definitely use it if you have a use for it.
  9. l think this woman upset her hairdresser..
  10. Written across the wall of the cave were the following hieroglyphics symbols: It was considered a unique find and the writings were said to be at least 3000 years old! The piece of stone was removed, brought to the museum, and archaeologists from around the world came to study the ancient symbols. They held a huge meeting after months of conferences to discuss the meaning of the markings. The President of the society pointed to the first drawing and said: “This is a woman. We can see these people held women in high esteem. You can also tell they were intelligent, as the next symbol is a donkey, so they were smart enough to have animals help them till the soil. The next drawing is a shovel, which means they had tools to help them.” Even further proof of their high intelligence is the fish which means that if a famine hit the earth and food didn’t grow, they seek food from the sea. The last symbol appears to be the Star of David which means they were evidently Hebrews. The audience applauded enthusiastically. Then a little old Jewish man stood up in the back of the room and said, “Idiots…Hebrew is read from right to left… It says: ‘Holy Mackerel, Dig The Ass On That Chick”

  12. How many forum members does it take to change a lightbulb? 1 to change the light bulb and to post that the light bulb has been changed. 14 to share similar experiences of changing light bulbs and how the light bulb could have been changed differently. 7 to caution about the dangers of changing light bulbs. 1 to move it to the Lighting section. 2 to argue then move it to the Electricals section 7 to point out spelling/grammar errors in posts about changing light bulbs 5 to flame the spell checkers 3 to correct spelling/grammar flames 6 to argue over whether it's "lightbulb" or "light bulb" ... another 6 to condemn those 6 as stupid 2 industry professionals to inform the group that the proper term is "lamp" 15 know-it-alls who claim they were in the industry, and that "light bulb" is perfectly correct 19 to post that this forum is not about light bulbs and to please take this discussion to a lightbulb forum 11 to defend the posting to this forum saying that we all use light bulbs and therefore the posts are relevant to this forum 36 to debate which method of changing light bulbs is superior, where to buy the best light bulbs, what brand of light bulbs work best for this technique and what brands are faulty 7 to post URL's where one can see examples of different light bulbs 4 to post that the URL's were posted incorrectly and then post the corrected URL's 3 to post about links they found from the URL's that are relevant to this group which makes light bulbs relevant to this group 13 to link all posts to date, quote them in their entirety including all headers and signatures, and add "Me too" 5 to post to the group that they will no longer post because they cannot handle the light bulb controversy 4 to say "didn't we go through this already a short time ago?" 13 to say "do a Google search on light bulbs before posting questions about light bulbs" 18 who trip over each other in their rush to say "repost!" 1 forum lurker to respond to the original post 6 months from now and start it all over again.
  13. Funny how since the announcement of the vaccine, covid stories are well down the list on the news now. What should be on the news is how the vaccine doesn't stop you from catching or spreading the virus 😕

  15. What area of Exmoor are you?
  16. If you are just driving and not jumping on and off working all day, why not look at motorcyclist heated clothing. There is some good gear out there. Plug it into the 12v socket and be all-around toasty rather than just your arse.
  17. Good old tradition at it's best, tally ho what!! Fox cubs filmed 'being put into hounds' kennels' WWW.BBC.CO.UK Footage is passed to the BBC which appears to show fox cubs being put into the kennels of hunting hounds allegedly to train the dogs to kill.
