  5. In my experience keep supplements to a minimum eat as much good naturally protein rich foods as possible whole milk plenty of beef and forget the chicken breast and white fish no one grows eating that stuff u need good wholesome food sympathetically produced proteins and meal replacements are just money makers for the fittnes industry
  6. I hope you can get some thing sorted and get on a road to something like a pain free existence I just pulled my back today not felt pain like it in a few years am due to fly to Germany tomor for a week contract climbing the timing couldn't be worse [emoji17]
  7. To improve lockout it's tricep strength that you need to concentrate on my training partner was exactly the same he stopped wide grip benching and only did close grip for 3 months went back to wide grip and his lock out issues were solved am pleased to hear you do working sets so many people just get up to there max every session and try it then stop if you don't train at say 90% of you max for working sets strength will never be improved
  8. I defo feel good after training and my general mood if training is going well is definitely better I don't do anything els in the gym so I can't compare to other forms of exercise but I would think that it's much the same the release of endorphins is what makes u feel good from the exercise
  9. Got have a little pause [emoji6] it is ok to bench more regularly than other lifts but I cannot stress enough warm up and get those rotators nice really well warmed up on low weights if u don't you will suffer so many times I see lads come into the gym go strait to bench stick a 20plate either side and bang a few reps out then stick either 20 on and couple more reps then go to the near max and grind a few half reps out and wonder why they never advance a proper bench plane is essential for strength and size gains
  10. Couple of links to some of my lifts I train chest twice a week flat once and incline another day
  11. Yea the longer the arms it's defo hard work doing chins my training partner has arms like a t rex so short bit brilliant for pressing and chin ups
  12. The only thing I would suggest is try and get into doing try and work at doing pull ups they are one of the best things for your back I am not as tall as you am 6ft4 but I weigh 134kg and can manage sets of ten usually try to do 5 sets really is worth it even if the numbers aren't high allot better than pull downs in my experience
  13. Down south contracting this week dead sequoia this morning
  14. I DHL a saw back from Germany last year mate it was used cost be €25 took 3 days ?
  15. That's great news j I had three pro lapsed disks in my spine I went from 23st to 17 in three months it was without doubt the most traumatic time of my life and when u used the word disabled I understand they told me if i didn't stop the gym and climbing trees I would be in a wheel chair am glad i didn't listen I don't do certain things in the gym now heavy at all squats and deads I train my upper back relatively heavy but I have found I no my limits and as long as I keep active and never forget that horrible time I can live a 90percent back pain free life am so happy for u ?
  16. I can definitely say that creatine is a waste of time the most anabolic substance on the planet is food the best thing u can do for any training is eat right ! Vitamin D is really important
  17. I definitely think that people's views on sodium are just what they were told as kid it's bad for u don't eat it and they never actually find out if it actually is we work in a very physically active industry and should pay attention to what we eat as much as we can
  18. The guy knows his stuff he helps some of the world's most successful athletes with there nutrition and training and is a very successful powerlifter i have definitely benefited allot from his knowledge
  19. I have put a video on sodium try watching it
  20. Salt work of the devil [emoji23]
  21. Some laurel we cleared today
  22. I used same set up in the states as this the reason it's gone over is not it's little legs those trucks are not light at all and they definitely don't need to be full of chip to use at full reach I can honestly say they feel allot more stable that the tracked platforms and small truck mounts u get hear ?
