  6. I'm a 133kg after a week of illness and under eating I felt very weak today in the gym I will hopefully start to get my appetite back over the weekend properly

  9. I bench twice a week flat bench on a Tuesday and incline on a sat I train two other days in the week total 4 days which for heavy weights is plenty body needs to recover on the other days my PB on incline is 160kg

A bench plan is required I doing one at the moment to try and break my PB it's actually very rewarding watching your numbers go up even though a small amount if complete all the it's guaranteed your final lift should be what u have aimed for i am hoping for 200kg in a few as long as my body stays injury free
  11. Let's hear some bench stats of all you gym sharks I have red pages and pages of squatting prowess and now it's deads there is another very important discipline that's bench press no half reps or not touching your chest full range of motion slight pause at the bottom

  13. I had a 390xp seize on good fuel dealer sorted it as a warranty claim within 3 days i no u don't want to hear it but I also had pole saw shaft that some gearing inside broke another warranty claim sorted two no questions asked on either I do think it's got something to with dealers
  14. I haven't drank in 9 years don't miss it people who do don't understand but why would they it's not for everyone but it suites me and that's all that counts and as you have experienced training is so much more rewarding without a hangover ?

  20. Am glad u are a fan the man is a genius I think some days are body is just not as Hungary as others no matter what u do physically I get days when I could literally eat the fridge and all that's inside of it but others when I have to force my my six meals I consistency is the key with eating
  21. In my experience keep supplements to a minimum eat as much good naturally protein rich foods as possible whole milk plenty of beef and forget the chicken breast and white fish no one grows eating that stuff u need good wholesome food sympathetically produced proteins and meal replacements are just money makers for the fittnes industry
