It mystifies me that you don't wear spikes for the take down, makes it so much easier and safer? Also no flip line/strop just the lock jack, your saw looks to come very close at times. It's easy for people to criticise others but I think people on here are trying to offer advice, you say your at college, is it an Arb college? What do your tutors think of your technique? I had no idea about this until the customer rang me, I met the planning officer and they showed me the rules and basically if we moved the fence back 1.5m from the pavement then it could be left at 6ft but if we didn't move it then it had to be 1.5m high. As we had concreted the posts in it was decided that we would cut the fence down to 1.5 m. The customer was ok with this luckily . Good job, just one thing, how high is the fence next to the pavement? I'm asking as I put a 6 ft fence up next to a pavement and the council made the customer take it down to 1.5m. Someone grassed. Sent from Hodge's eye phone using the new fancy Arbtalk Mobile App:)

I sometimes get this but its a lot less these days. I was on beta blockers a few years ago to combat this but in the end hypnotherapy worked. I can now fly again!! It really worked. Sent from Hodge's eye phone using the new fancy Arbtalk Mobile App:)

Hi Mike, offering advice here, he says you have to contact him on the original post, I think you would do better by doing that as it shows you can read and process requests rather than waiting for h to contact you.
