  2. I had a 100 series for a couple years. I used to tow a 3.5t trailer often. They are a beast at towing and real nice to drive. Very heavy on fuel when towing or not. Parts are very expensive. Like Conor said the suspension goes as they get older and that cost £1000 a corner to replace so most people put springs on. I would only have one if you needed to tow heavy other wise i would picker something more fuel efficient. I spent about 13k. anything much cheaper seemed to be hammered.

  4. Mine snapped after about 6 months and i had to fork out for a new one ?

  8. HI Guys I have a Timberwolf 280, the radiator seems to get full of dust and chip fast unlike my old tw190. I have been blowing it through weekly with the airline from the front back towards the engine, is this correct? or should i be pulling the radiator out? seems a mission to do so Thanks Joe

  10. I dont think changing the oil will do anything. Most likely the pressure relief valve that you can adjust on the pump. Worked for me anyway
  11. Just had a look and it does have one, I will give all the fins a good clean and see how I get on. Thank you for your help

  14. Thank you for that, I will try clean the fins out as I haven't tried that. If the engine is over heating when its running would it not cut its self out? as mine only wont start after it being hot
  15. This engine is just one cylinder jobby, No belts etc
  16. Not sure about a auto decompression, I wondered if the valve clearance could be tight and its sticking?

  18. Hi Guys Just wondering if anyone can help please! The Hatz engine on my cherry picker starts great when cold but when its hot it just turns over. I have to let it cool down before I can start it. I have put a new battery and stater motor on it. Anyone had a similar problem?
  19. I tell a lie..... they take home £8.50 a hour so more like £10 on the books
  20. Would happily pay more if I could find someone who would be keen to learn to climb and use the cherry picker instead of using a rake all day....

  22. Exactly the same thing happened to me, took 6 months before the swelling and red went.!!
  23. Keep at it!!! I have been flat out now for years and for the first time ever i only have a couple weeks of work ahead and the phone has gone quiet! bring on the good weather
  24. I tow 3.5t with my isuzu n35 150 no problem.
