  1. That's the big problem when you change back isn't it!! Even though I think of you do t really need the mog your better off! The being easier to drive things quite Important, I used to drive a fair way in mine some days and you could be knackered by the time you got to the job!! Do you not fancy a 7.5 tonner?
  2. Thats well handy! Whenever mine broke it was a mare! I lost a couple of biggish jobs because Of it to! They are good when they're going and you've the work for one!
  3. It does I do it fairly regularly with a vt! Some gets abit stiff but still works! Is better with something like an f8 or wrench!! Even though a I think buying a wrench just to come down a pole might be abit over kill:sneaky2:
  4. There's no doubt they're good machines! I think I had a bit of bad look and bought the wrong one! You need to spend a lot of money to get a good one!! Thinking you'll buy a cheaper one and do it up doesn't work!! Glad you've had good times with them though!
  5. Getting shut of mine was the best thing I ever did! They look cool but as soon as your not using it to its potential itll sink you! And even If you are using it'll make your life hard!!

  8. At the moment I've just a normal small shackle mine but ideally I'd like something that clips on like on the pully saver! Can you get anything similar anywhere? Cheers:thumbup1:

  10. There was a guy at no dies show selling thumbs and grabs for diggers! Nthey looked really good It RLS or something can't remember now but I'm sure some one will have the details!

  13. Jonesies are great arnt they!!!!! Shame about stien though! I bought a bag for my lanyard at the show and it lasted two hours before it ripped!!

  17. Like everyone's said just be safe and go at a comfortable pace!! I got rushed o ce when I first started! This guy I was worki g for had this super star climber before! Apparently. Anyway be made it like it was a race!!ol! Any how I rushed and took a top out that was way to big and dumped it on someo es roof!! There wasn't really any damage! But just goes to show accidents happen!!
  18. Hey guys just putting the feelers out for any climbing work. I've been in the job for about five years now! Ive done all sorts of work and id say I'm a pretty well rounded climber!! got all the normal tickets and stuff also pts, clean licence etc! I can get you references etc!   20. Haha, I had to leave a lime pollard like that the other week!
  21. I started with an old defender and a trailer! The. I got a very tired u1250 with a farmi ch260 that fell apart so then I swapped for a u1700 with a u550 on the front that was a pretty good set up but then had some trouble with that and work went quiet so now it's back to a fiesta van and Subbing . Saw wise I had a 200t and a 460 when I started with a climbing kit!
  22. It just hating chipping g anything other than cord!! The hydrolics were rubbish!! There was always something wrong with it! And not the. Hoppers fault but it sat way to low On a mog!!
  23. I don't know anyone one whose selling one!! But I had one on the back of a mog and it was pants!!
