  1. Actually no I don't know what I'm doing, because its effectively either everyone is equally fair game or nobody is. Neither are sainted or beyond reproach or criticism either literally or hypothetically and serves as a good imaginary situation for those that believe they currently walk on water like saville did in the 60/70/80s. And by all accounts Fred was actually a bloody good geography teacher.
  2. WTF are you on about, I used the words imagine FFS. And why not read the full post for a little context of the argument!. It's reactionary Muppets like you that cause half the problems, whilst no doubt shouting silence is violence or words matter, yeah only when it suits your particular narrative. Whilst I respect your freedom of speech, it also equally gives me the right to say, don't be a Muppet.
  3. Probably overheating if it's on a stump grinder
  4. Yeah, was a bit of an odd one that. But in fairness, most of the "stars" were doing the same thing around the 60/70s, even Elvis and a 14 year old. Not condoning any of the shenanigans, even the music legend of John Peel has a tarnished reputation. He was diddled at boarding school from what I also remember.
  5. Exactly plain sight, exactly the same with Garry of the gitter. Shall we just imagine one of today's stars being accused, what about your sainted Gary lineker or the bicycle lover vine!. Basically it won't happen until you've fallen a few pegs down to a level where hordes of fans aren't going to riot, like Brand now the luvvies have abandoned him post BBC and C4.
  6. And, that proves what exactly oh publicity. Starmer was incharge of prosecutions around the time saville was publicly known for the diddly fiddling and chose not to investigate or even charge, plus all grooming gangs. Back in the height of his fame, there were rumours but he practically walked on water. Compare the legal treatment of saville to for example Fred the weatherman/Rolf Harris, makes you wonder why the difference. Maybe saville knew more about Starmer than we even want to know!.

    Tyre help

Having fitted a few tyres over the years, it's definitely on the list of never again jobs if I can avoid it!. The lads that fitted the tractor tyres made it look like putting on a pair of trainers, almost effortless.

    Tyre help

They're more of an online tyre store. Reasonable prices but last time I bought tyres for a tractor they were about the same price from a local mobile tyre guy including fitting.
  9. Whilst yes it is the neighbours tree, why not have a conversation and reach a compromise with them. Along the lines of I'm worried about this tree that could fall on my garage and might be a big insurance claim on your policy etc. Are you happy for me to pay to have it removed and keep all the timber ?.
  10. Maybe it's like homoeopathy, the more diluted the stronger they claim?.
  11. Can I get an IOU for a gallon of petrol and a couple of IQ points as I think I feel even reading these 7 pages have stunted my mental capacity!.
  12. Damn it, I was going to then suggest hand tools only. But maybe we're heading down a road where he'll have to chew through the timber like a beaver, health and safety and all that!.
  13. Maybe we should just suggest going battery powered 🙄
  14. Two free chisels and a lump of firewood. What you moaning for other than wanting it split and stacked aswell!.
  15. Because god forbid SP actually has an opinion about a particular subject we all know the answer too. But lefty logic, think 1980s style syntax errors. The ones that froze the computer into a loop of illogical gobbledygook and needed a reboot and you still never got that answer!
  16. Oh, I've seen enough USA YouTube videos to know the other Levi's do chainsaw trousers. Well, usually sh1t stained ones with moron's.
  17. Probably more a husqvarna thing?. But Stihl being German, I wouldn't be surprised if the clothing is via Engelbert Strauss as they do chainsaw gear.
  18. The Stihl branded mugs were made in Germany I think.
  19. Bingo, you can only use cash haggling on private stuff unless you want to appear dodgy. Everything needs a paper trail including vat, if it's in your account as per @doobinthreaten to walk away and actually do so and await a desperate call in a few days. If it ain't in your price, treat it like any customer and walk away with no hard feelings, it's business.
  20. I thought that was the husqvarna stick up the bum ?.
  21. Repair not really possible as it's eaten the plastic housing. Most likely cause is a loose bar/chain allowing the chain to wander left/right on the sprocket. It's one of the reasons they moved towards rim/spur to limit that wobble, well in my hours on saws that's what I found.
  22. Do whatever you wish, most of us here have been farming for decades longer than we care to remember. You're not reinventing the wheel with your idea, we're realistically trying to save you money 1st time around. We've all had these ideas, wasted money and flogged ourselves and than gone back to what we suggested because it's works and is safer. As the saying goes your dime, you're time.
  23. Yeah I knew about the pampas grass, but I usually I'm questionable about those as well!.
  24. Or come knocking asking to join in with the neighbourhood partner swapping.
  25. And none crime hate incidents!. No real laws behind that, just a politicised woke police force.
