So where are they going to put the million upon million tonnes of silt, it's not usable as sand as it's particle size is too small. From what I've been told over the years it's barely even usable as infill unless you wanted to fill up a disused mine as it becomes quicksand when wet bit like the banks of the Humber.

It's funny you immediately believe I actually give a toss if you and him don't like me, I'm surprised both of you have gotten this far in life with such thin skins. It's quite telling when both of you automatically jump to victim hood. Most normal people suck it up buttercup and continue without needing a little cry and a hug from mommy or the need for a hurty words spreadsheet.

Personally I'd be speaking to the solicitor, the conveyor and checking his title deeds/estate agent paperwork. As while they have determined the boundaries, it's going to become a legal quagmire as he rightly or wrongly believed it was part of his property for some reason. -

I read what you write and also what you infer. Which is mostly word soup, I know you have a dislike for trump verging on the obsessive. Knowing how the FBI and the judiciary hated trump, if there was anything credible it would be out. Unless the Biden plan was to wait 50+ years like they wanted with JFK, then Donald said nope now.

Yeap, both 42 & SP seem to view life as a huge flowchart. A never ending barrage of questions and reformulated questions generally to suit their world view, in some large scale game of gotcha against anyone that doesn't life and view the world by their very narrow state approved viewpoint. Granted if they are both AI figments of someone's imagination, neither can get out of their box I guess so have to live according to their programming and spoon fed information from their "betters".

No I'm not married, by choice I will also add. You similarly strike me as someone who sits on the local community/allotment/cricket club or local fair committee, endlessly asking questions, thwarting anything constructive happening and generally enjoying that sliver of control through being in your "club".

Kinda the usual legalise mealy mouth arguing, probably has never answered a question with a simple yes or no in his life. It's those sorts of people that fail to get through security/background checks. I can just imagine him getting married and spending 5 minutes waffling when asked do you take this woman/man/sock puppet and forsake all others, instead of yes/no.

They built a desalination plant in London fifteen years ago, it's never ever been turned on yet still costs us millions a year just to keep it ready every year.
