  1. Car cooling is mostly passive, as it drives forward everything under the hood gets blasted and to a degree that's why most engine fans are now fully electric and only run whilst stationary. Industrial engines are mostly mechanical fan cooled, built to run at a constant speed for hours.
  2. As it's electric, I'm guessing that they would also need to heat the oil to make it viscose enough to be useful?.
  3. A battery saw with a pocket for those burning hand warmer things 🙂. In reality, how hot do heated handles get, guessing quite for it to be felt through a saw glove ?.
  4. The husqvarna swingers club ?
  5. Does it come with a little £10 note incinerator ?, or is it more a £20 & £50 kind of deal ?
  6. Whilst Alexa moans about being sworn at ?
  7. Do they do a heated hand warmer for while you're waiting for the 2/3rd set of batteries to charge ?
  8. Problem is, with complexity comes the necessary safety side of the problem. Pellet boilers are more similar to gas, if it detects a problem it stops and very quickly cools down to a safe temp, a backboiler loaded up with wood will just keep going until it explodes. The old days of gravity expansion tanks have long gone since combi boilers arrived, which lent itself perfectly to back boilers. If you're really needing the heat, your going to need to have space for a eco Angus and all the tanks etc.
  9. Falling out of a tree probably hurts a bit less than getting side swiped.
  10. Erm, brings a new meaning to surface finish. I've always wondered what's in Danish oil, now I know!.
  11. If you've tried a bigger flow on the input, there must be a restriction somewhere on the pipe return. Only other option to keep everything else stock would be to fit a smaller displacement conveyor drive motor, smaller displacement would increase the rotational speed.
  12. From what I've watched including the fuelwood version, the size of the ring also decides the size of the finished split. Oakwood firewood YouTube had a splitta, lots of trash from what I saw even on big rings.
  13. I'd probably be knocking on the door asking you to put away the buzzing marital aid and just fire up the petrol saw and get her done.
  14. Noise complaints are an automatic letter and even the council admit neighbours use it as a means of getting a rise out of you. Work within business hours, plus if you get another letter install CCTV. Had one years back and i took great pleasure counting 14 hours of chainsaw one month at 16x speed, neighbours said it was 24/7. Council lady almost laughed herself off her chair and never heard from them again.
  15. I've encouraged absolutely diddly squat, I even suggested a simple repair. It's a public forum so do whatever you wish, but the tree is directly over a garage roof and clearly causing issues with damp hence all the moss.
  16. It's not fraudulent, a tree has damaged an asbestos roof. I'm not trying to put lipstick on a pig, but it needs dealing with and the insurance would want every scrap of the horrible stuff off site. Even my farm insurance has a huge asbestos removal section something like 30k is available, as they want to remove any long term liability.
  17. That is clearly not my suggestion and you know it.
  18. Plus depending on the home owners insurance, it might be worth them claiming weather damage being under the tree and getting it removed and replaced. If they're planning to sell anytime soon with asbestos causes difficulties and devalues the property.
  19. Plus that looks like 3" asbestos cement, circa 1970s. It'll probably all be very brittle as soon as you touch it it'll crack elsewhere. Might be worth trying contact adhesive with a small patch after a bit of jet washing to remove the moss.
  20. I'd love to say something like a wise old oak tree watching the world pass me by like the robin hood tree. But, it's probably more likely to be an Ash tree with a touch of die back ?.
  21. Some weird high end sex chair ?, Call it a chaise dong?
  22. So you want to pump hot air around the house using a glorified aquarium air pump at "60lpm".
  23. Modified how tho, surely that's the same with most insurance companies?.
  24. Not at all, it's not a special club with a weird handshake.
