  5. Look sorry Andy as I have said many times what am I missing and obviously if one of our kind hearted Arbtalkers had the time to come and help me of course I would give them what ever I could I have been asking what am I missing ,I have always said its a learning curve and thats why I have always loved arbtalk as most people are always willing to share knowledge and so what if I am new to band mills I am more than up for learning what is so wrong with that if you are so certain its user error why not come and put it easily right and I will gladly eat a big plate of humble pie .
  6. Hi Andy I am sorry but I do have the basic machanical skills our colleague at our yard is a HGV mechanic so yeah we have the skills and I was not asking somebody to do it for me I was asking our arbtalk comunity if somebody was up for helping me ,I help people all the time ,no I am not a sawmill engineer ,would it not do your head in if you had just spent 4 grand on anything and you were having issues with it ,I would not expect help for nothing but a grand ,where is my after sales care .I know its been an issue for a while but how do you think I feel I just want to be milling timber
  7. Nice would not mind some of that
  8. I am just wanting the same finish as when I first set the thing up and I can feel the whole thing shake ,it is not what I paid 4 grand for bloody issues ,sorry but the Woodland Mills page on FBook is full of people saying oh the teck people are ace came and helped and all we get in the UK is nothing from them they should have some sort of back up not everyone is an engineer ,sorry its just doing my head right in Why will it not sort its self out what am I missing or not doing I just want to get on with milling
  9. Hi guys so after getting over a chest infection ,back to my mill finally got it all level again and still getting funny groves and the cut just isnt as good as when I first set it up been through all the nuts and bolts ,one thing though in the book it says to slacken band tension every time you leave it to avoid flat spots on the band wheel as it came all set up with a band ready to go do you think I have a flat spot I have looked for one but nothing obvious ,and Woodland Mills dont have a mobile engineer in this country so stuck trying to sort it myself its doing my head in I just want to get on and mill some timber do any of you guys who has a Woodland Mill fancy coming and having a look with me . Thanks Mark
