    it's the 1 or 2 you have every night with your tea or when your winding down that can be a problem, sooner than you think you can easily have been drinking for months. the fact that it's sociable, enjoyable and you can associate drinking with having a good time. it can very easily sneak up on you.     I've been on anti biotics for a week so not had a drop, want to stay off it too and try and pull my eating into check too. the trouble is I just really enjoy a drink, not for the feeling of being intoxicated, I like all sorts of drink, love me draught beers, wine, g&t in the summer, love my quality vadkas, whisky and brandy too. a couple of what every takes my fancy at the time with tea on a night is just enjoyable. trying for 2 month off the booze Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk

I've found that most of the good seeds have already dropped out or shed themselves when you pick them off the floor. it is best to pick them from the tops of the trees when there just about ready to open. you will get more seeds and a higher percentage that's viable Sent from my iPhone using Arbtalk
