  1. It's a bit of OCD got yellow and orange rope bags and orange kit bag but been after yellow kit bag for a while. Been on line GO OUTDOORS but they have only got the yellow bags at stores in SWANSEA AND EDGEWERE and can't order on line it's pay in store only.
  2. Last shout for help if someone around the EDGEWERE OR SWANSEA areas near the GO OUTDOORS stores to see if they have any of the NORTH RIDGE 80LTR YELLOW KIT BAGS left?

  4. Just a shot in the dark, does anyone reading this thread live near the GO OUTDOORS in Swansea or edgewere ?They have the yellow North ridge 80ltr kit bag in store. The only two stores which carry these bags are edgewere and Swansea branches. So just a shout out if someone can help if living near one of the above stores who could may be get one for me as its a buy in store only product. Thanks if anyone can help. Wayne

You all need not worry, the demand for good quality burning wood will never get to the point that no one will need it so all of you who work hard to process it from cut to logs just be a bit more positive, this industry is always highs and lows so come on just ditch the doom and gloom and be more focused and stop worrying bout what everyone else are doing price wise and quantity ect and be working on what you produce and change. Let the cheap be cheap and focus on your quality.:thumbup:

  9. Hi Jon ya just like normal files one for each size but only going to have the 3 main sizes which I use the most.its a fab bit of engineering you'll like it a lot.

Good thread Steve,well like most am always looking to improve my business but not forceing it by taking unnecessary risks such as massive loans etc,the landscapeing has always been my main focus but now that am well established on that side I'am focusing on the tree side of it now. So have small chipper, couple of places to take woodchips/ take logs. Have contacts for climbers if and when need help.just going to upgrade my website which is pants but has done me ok up till now. Must say going to shows and introduceing myself to people and joining in with the chat on here has been good networking aswell as making leads for work I have made loads of new friends. So looking forward to the new year and progress nice and steady. Only down side is my son isn't interested in anything to do with my business but hopefully I can find someone when the time comes to take over as I won't just finish when I can't carry on anymore.
  21. Landy, I would notice you were a female straight away,no problem and glad you look after those lovely locks,my fav colour hair.nice 260 aswell.light and powerful. Good choice.
  22. Jon I've had the stihl one for about 3 years and it's brill. It's even got a RED L.E.D flashing light for emergencies.

  24. Ya sorry, it's not cheap and ya on the longer chains it's great and like you say no sloppy movements after you start loosing the will to live knowing you got the other side to do.
  25. It's spot on,it's on a converted farm and the rooms are fab and the breakfast is brill. You wouldn't be disappointed.:thumbup:
