Free prescriptions are utter madness, They are nothing to do with health, just a vote winner at the ballot box. And an encouragement to run to your GP or A+E. anyone who goes to their gp for paracetamol as a repeat prescription should be ashamed of themselves! Go to Tesco's and buy it for 20p

The NHS is brilliant, unfortunately it's badly run and overused.
  6. Yep, seems as if it's more electrical, ignition off and on then seems ok, quite a few vacuum hoses, they look fine but I guess it's hard to say by just a visual check. Very intermittent so will probably remain a mystery.
  7. Got this fault in 2004 plate just now, light goes out and it runs normally after turning ignition off and on mostly, noticed yesterday when passenger got out to open gate light came on when door was opened😳.
  8. Also worth adding, and I'm sure most would agree, the quality and sharpness of the chain contribute equally to the impressiveness of speed of cut as much as power of engine. Can't have one without the other.(well, you can but it's a bit pointless)
  9. I'll look forward to that vid!
  10. This got anything to do with spud?
  11. All I can come up with is it must have been a tired overweight locksmith who didn't have the patience to wait for interior light to go off.

    Wages

You'd have to know what the company were charging for his day would you not?
  14. Was under the impression cortisone was to ease the symptoms, if problem doesn't correct itself the cortisone won't correct it. You'll get plenty advice from others👍
  15. Well it's not so much what a tool costs, it's how much it's quality will benefit you, that's always going to vary.
  16. "Light years ahead"? Nice pun Tom. Looks a good bit of kit though, where'd you get it for that price?
  17. What had it cost you in batteries so far? Be honest!😗
  18. What's involved in pressing briquettes, Could a log splitter be modified for diy briquettes? I'm sure it's not that simple.:-)
  19. Heard somebody a couple of weeks ago describe it as "Blue Peter for adults":-)
  20. In fact they "probably" do, to help their hops grow!
  21. Would you care to elaborate?
  22. It seems to me that a hard brexit is fine if you're a wealthy smug bastard or a poor penniless bigot! But having said that, I've been wrong before.😳
  23. Well, to be fair, if the reporter or the libdemer had pointed out the pros and cons of leaving the single market then it would have been a valid discussion. Neither did either!
  24. Will you please leave my auntie Doris out of this, thank you.
