RFS is the right stepping stone to tech cert - (get a RFS credit pass) I wouldnt take tech cert unless you have had a few yrs experience and study of Arboriculture

the only other thing i can think of is overwintering fruit tree red spider mite eggs! -

looking at the amount of trees affected - if its honey fungus the ground will be loaded with rhizomorphs and some with mycelium around the base of the trees - It should be easy to find - if none is present then im for phytophthora
