  1. I heard on a hot day a van was filled with laurel and on the journey the driver died at the wheel - don't know how long the journey was

  7. well ive felled a big one with no ill effects - this topic has been covered before and I think the conclusion was you will be ok

  10. the silver washed fritillary ive seen in the new forest - they visit bramble where the bramble has taken advantage of a gap in the canopy - quick flyers too

  13. I will add - the strength of each fly agaric can vary greatly, and occasionally kill. No I have not taken any and never would
  14. if you want to get a herd of reindeer to you - get the fly agaric out - Vikings used to drink reindeer wee after they had feasted on them (apparently it took a lot of the toxins out) . the Vikings used to get intoxicated before they went into battle - it gave them strength - its where the word berserk comes from (berserker)

  18. I think you have mentioned some possibilities - the only thing I could add is the possibility of over use of lawn weed/feed? - does the lawn show any evidence of scorch?
  19. on the last pic, the climber looks like he has been infected with an "arboreal burrowing snake"
