  1. Are things bad , yes they are , can they be worse you bet . All we can do is work harder and longer and as Tony says smarter . Ive worked to long and hard to give up now i will take on all comers. And when times do get better i will still be on two feet to greet them (que rocky music). Theres no where else to run, or other jobs to be had so i will get on with the job i love and be the best i can be. We are all in this up to our necks so just treat it as normal and flow with it.   4. Someone else who thinks they can make easy money out of trees:001_rolleyes:. Sounds like no plan, and no idea . Is our industry still seen as the best alternative than the dole que.   6. Doing a BS5837 course in a couple of weeks glad they have the new one out, not so glad i will have to fork out for a new one.. Regards Gav.
  7. Great book i have a copy, got my pti course in a couple of months so today i have the book with me and off to get some practice in. Also lot of top arbs contributed to the book its always going to be a standard reference. Cheers Gav.

  9. Savona is a good contact spray like a soap solution just maintain your buffer zones near water. Had good results with it. Regards Gav.

  14. visor for me tried glasses loads of times you get to much sweat in them . Well you do with the weight i carry these days.
  15. Hi all, if your a groundy or a climber who isnt to proud to do a bit of both,and have all the tickets i have some work as and when required.
