After using a Timberwolf 125 today I was actually quite surprised at how good they are! I've only ever used 150's, 190's and a TP Monster before... The 125 is slower than the others, which is obvious, but I was surprised to how good it was! Defiantly something to consider for the future

Would you rather have a tracked one because it would suit your business better/be more practical for your work or is it just because you prefer them? You've also got to think, if you don't already, your going to have to spend extra money for a trailer to transport the tracked chipper round on. Just a few thoughts...

Yes I know he will have the money to save for when things go pear shaped but not everyone is good at saving are they! At least he'll still have an income when things do go quiet.

Instead of working 5/6 day weeks now, why don't you work 4 and book some work in for the future. Understandably some people want it done within a couple of days/weeks and others don't mind waiting. If you work four day weeks now you won't be as better off now but if you have no work in jan/feb you will have at least something to fall back on.
