  1. New it was humbug something just couldn't remember the name. Found the old thread thanks.
  2. I always make the bottom cut first, leaves a less messy stump. Have cut the gob upside down before on a tree felling down hill. Just a side note but has anyone done that before?
  3. Put it under the heatlamp and see how it goes, had one a few days ago like that, didn't have much life left in it. Under the lamp for 2 days. Fine now, just weaning it off the lamp.
  4. Don't think these will hit the uk market anyway, if they did they would be road taxed like crazy. They remind me a bit of the freelander.
  5. Fair enough. Had a transit that froze over last year but it had the same slush puppy consistency you are on about, it overheated down the road and we had trouble figuring it out after taking the therm out I felt the rad hoses.
  6. Times change, it used to be that you run them ragged at first to wear in cylinder after it was cross hatched. But saws that small don't have cylinder liners they have a straight barrel this needs to be run in gently at first before being ragged. Plus how long did the bikes last and were they run at full pelt for an almost 8 hour day?
  7. Must be on the wrong game then. So hairdressers make lots a money.
  8. Think the don't like change bit isn't really an excuse. Something had to change as the 200 had problems and with the carb being a big one, it needed to be done.
  9. Think i will become a hairdresser
  10. For gods sake go steady with that, frozen water in engine block will crack it. I would have wrapped it up and used a burner or hair drier to melt it and warm it up first. The last thing you want is a hefty bill for new engine block.
  11. WTF is that, it's a disgrace to the Landy name. Look at the military one. Don't think any soldier would be seen driving that. Downright despicable that is.
  12. Same but I would prefer a gpmg and RPGs with a challenger2 behind me giving it the what for. Lol
  13. You dont want those blue tits tho as they can poke your eye out and health and safety say you need to wear goggles.
  14. Maybe your bush is too thick for them to find a place :001_tt2:
  15. As with all new 2stroke engines they need to be run in, nice and light to start with for the first tank, always been taught to do it and always will, parts need to be allowed to settle in the engine and rings need a bit of wearing in. Wounder if the problem saws have had this done or been revved the nuts off straight into big timber?
  16. Was -4 before the sun came out now gone up to +3 down south
  17. Does it still rev as high as the 200? I think the high revs makes for a faster cut, aswell as a sharp chain, creating less chance of splitting or tearing?
  18. Depends on the size and weight limits of the road. If you try to stay under these there is no problem. Try and set up a site meeting with them to determine this before hand but be sure to back yourself up with pics before and after you have used the road as they could still try it on.
  19. Still haven't tried one yet. The 200 is still running and I've got plenty of spares for it out of the three in my spares bin. :001_huh:
  20. Must all be ginger on here then. Lol. I would apply except I don't think I can drive that far for work.
  21. Scam they don't email you they send you a letter saying they are going to pay you a rebate in about 12 months time.
  22. Like the fact that the one. Wearing the chainsaw trousers was clearing the timber the one wearing jeans was using a chainsaw. Puts out a good message.
  23. So who is it on telly doing the wind blown tree?
  24. Don't worry about it, I tell people to ef off all the time it makes me feel better or non of your Buisness is good. You said exactly what I wanted to say in one just you could say it better than me, lol. I'm still forgetful now but I think that's just me
