    Dog dilema

Sounds like you no the answer. Your aunt's not going to like it but you going have to tell the truth that the dog is living a great life in the countryside with plenty of long walks with a lovely couple that can spend the time with dog. Realistically that she can't look after it
  10. Didn't really use the rope it was just there incase needed
  11. It was only going for fire wood and there had been a seat made around the base with lots of ironmongery in the wood. Didn't want to hit anything with the saw so early in the day when I had to ring it all up.

  13. Is the weekend shindig still on, only I might pop over to meet a few arbtalkers. What's happening just drinking, rec climbing ,going out for a meal in the evening. Just a idea so I can plan where and when to come. Many thanks
  14. Saw something on tv the other day ,they done as you have but once white smoke started coming out of the top they shut the top and filled around the bottom of the barrel with soil to stop the air, then left it to cool down. Seemed to work ,no knowledge of doing it myself but would like to try
  15. Definitely think you forget more as you get older, wether its intentional or subconscious I don't know. I try to keep learning things but definitely was easier when I was younger. Learning the piano, so much to learn don't know if I can take it all in but it keeps the grey matter turning

    New saw

I have a 020t a201t a260 and a 660 of my own and love them all but know a few people with the 261 and they have had constant problems with them, just looking for the husky equivalent .really would like to stay with stihl but want reliability . Ideally it would be nice to demo one, going to get one or the other next week might take a trip to honey bros or frjones just to get a feel of the husky.could be expensive though as something shiny normally catches my eye

    New saw

The estate saw is due for replacing . Currently it's a stihl 025 with a 16" bar. My own saws are all stihl , I have got a 260 which is a good saw and was thinking of getting a 261 but after reading and hearing bad reviews was wondering about the equivalent husqvarna 550xp if that is the equivalent. They are about the same price just wondered if people have used both and thoughts on their choice . Thanks
  20. Sure whooped his arse. Great bit of banter, nice to see people having some fun
  21. I'am sure I'am wrong but looking at the fungi app perenniporia fraxinea
  22. You posted 19min ago and your screen shot shows 13min to download. What are you doing come on
  23. It's not illegal to shoot deer without dsc1. Some constabularys like you to have it when applying for a deer calibre rifle though
  24. Mine was in the first batch from frjones and has no damaging effect on the rope. Not on it every day though.
