  3. Agree search the web and you will find the Chinese factory! Made in Germany? Not for much longer. But they still charge a premium price for there saws.

  5. Yea there is a shortage the two suppliers I use have a 5 to 6 week waiting list. Still bloody waiting!!!

  9. Poor sod, easy to judge someone that went wrong after the event. Personally I think he should have gone higher and reduced it more and taken more off the top. Way to much weight to drop and snatch but that's just my opinion. I do hope he is ok. A scary moment like that stays with you

  13. Going to be changing the engine oil in the 300tdi, what's the best oil to use. Thinking of using Castrol GTX semi synthetic.

  15. Done this on mine, as others said change to the black filter. May help but has never caused a problem.
  16. A builder told me once always be carful of while your here jobs. It was a Friday finished the job and the client asked him to put up a blind in the house. So he agreed used the clients step ladder and as he was putting up the blind the ladder collapsed, he fell and broke his angle badly. He was off work for weeks because of that.

  21. We have all been there I am sure! Those dreaded words 'While your here!' Over the years I have had some interesting 'Oh while your here' jobs. From putting up a rotorary washing line and other tree work in the clients gardens at no extra charge of course! Just interested to know

  24. Not that bad £126 for the arms and I had to by a whole set of poly bushes for about £50. So not too bad. Looking forward to see how they get on.
