  1. Anyway . Was not looking for sympathy troops , just pointing out what happened over night . Still could be a good thing as the guys from Barclays smart investor team hopefully were on it and bought in some stuff when it was low with a view to making a bit as it recovers . Its now gone back up £20,569 . So all over the place in the space of a few days .

  15. If you know of a workshop that has a fly press, ask them if you can use it . " blocks of wood at each end and 1 on top of the bend and gently push down using the press . Slightly over bend a little each time until it returns to strait . Might be better to lift the weights off the press as well for this .

    Cramp .

As I am getting on now I do suffer with cramp at times . Calf muscles go like a piece of wood and my foot points strait down like a dancer " on point " Pretty easy fix just stand up and put weight on it making the foot at a right angle to the leg . Hamstrings a little harder with out help but doable . The adductor of the inner thigh is a proper sod . Just don't know how to sort it . I drink plenty of water , eat bananas , and take Calcium, Magnesium and Zinc + vit D . This all in one tab taken morning and evening . I believe its because my tendons are shrinking due to being an old git . Any one else suffer ?
  25. Universal to build a big theme park on the site of an old brick works in Bedford creating lots of jobs . Be good if they could build in the Florida weather as well .
