    Its reference to an old thread ( pre covid ) were my village was effectively shut with the road in and out closed due to a poxy bike race that went on all day .

  5. I found the 346 did that , particularly the pre 50cc version . I thgink its were the oil tank has a strong vacuum after its run . I am right handed but always found that if I used my left hand I could undo it ok . Don't know why that is but hey...
  6. Oh , So its not the most poluting saw out there then , if you include older saws , pre A/T or Mtronic .

  8. Interesting that you say the new MS 500i is the most poluting saw of all . How do you come to this conclusion ? I don't own one ( Husky man mostly ) but I was under the impression that the fuel injection and electronics were to make it meet future emission regs ?

  15. True . Years back i bought a 357 from a guy in the U.S. He said it was run on bean oil and would need periodic strip downs . It smelt good . But like R40 .

  22. I flew to the IOW with me old Dad once . In a Piper Cherokee . Took of from Goodwood and landed at Bembridge . Had a cuppa tea , paid landing fees and took off back to Goodwood . Something to do on a Sunday .
  23. Yea it is " Jonny come lately , theres a new kid in town " and I am not saying no juist it needs a bit more run time for me . I stick by my advice 572 or 462 . Nothing in it performance wise .
