I watched the Vuelta aswell and your right Chris Froome was sensational but Wiggins is Sky's No.1 rider so all efforts will be made to get him to the finish line . Lets not forget the Manx Missile Cavendish , its sending shivers up my spine just imagining him coming down the Champs Elysee with the Sky shirt on . Vive La Tour !!

This event has me absolutely hooked . The favourite is Bradley Wiggins , history in the making for Great Britain ... forget the Olympics guys this is stuff of folklore

Forestry commission used to do information sheets , they are very good for deciding which chemical , where and when etc probably still do them .

Big advantage that i can see is the continious pull . The ones over here ( look identical to ones shown ) dont do this but are only about £20 quid or something . Only downside is that they can be fiddley to release under high tension which is where the tirfor types always win , but for lightness , cost etc they are good .

Had a guy come up and challenge me to a race at the skating the other day . I was quite shy at accepting at first but there was no way in the world i was backing out . I won convincingly and really surprised myself at the power i was generating . No way in the world this would have happened only a few weeks ago . Theres nothing will stop you doing this Christopher , absolutely nothing -

If you biker dudes get a chance to visit Alford transport museum there is some really lovely bikes , my favourites were an MV Agusta ' Senna ' edition and a Honda RC30 , beautiful sorry for the derail Trad .
