  1. Cheers for the offer mate! Bit strapped for cash at the mo though, chipper cleaned me out! Just put it in me old man's trailer, was made to measure so will do for the mo, first job with it tomorrow so it's now gotta start paying for itself!
  2. Thanks mate! Only snag is the 600 mile round trip! Had to do that yesterday to pick the chipper up! I'm now in my garage surrounded by shackles, strops, a hand winch, ramps, a cuppa and scratching me head! Lol!
  3. Literally just walked through the door! 13 hours in a bloody van!!
  4. Had a job this time last year, was hot as hell! 260, 261 and 200t refused to start! Was that hot it even blew up the tyre on the arb trolley so much it popped off the rim...twice!!
  5. Don't care where they are, aslong as they stay there.....pointless animals!
  6. Will do dude!
  7. Cheers dudes! Typical, van with dodgy steering and no air con! Oh well, it is a hire van! Only I could end up spending all day in a van with no air con on one of the predicted hottist days of the year!
  8. Sweet. Got some ramps so should be fine! Thanks!
  9. Hiya! I'm picking up my cs100 tomorrow! Going to hire a transit to pick it up as I'm in Cornwall and the chipper is in london so might be a nicer drive than taking my Hilux! Just wondering of it will fit ok in a MWB transit ok?
  10. A mate of mine has one of these machines and is doing very well using all of his sawdust and shavings from his carpentry business, only snag is that he now cannot get enough sawdust etc to keep up with demand! Anyone buy the raw material in? Not viable?
  11. Nice! What kinda price mate?
  12. Sweet! Looking forward to a new way of working.....less dragging!!!. One last question if I may kind sir......do those manual trailer type winches that you have fitted wind out as well as in?!
  13. Awesome! That was what I was thinking of as I have almost the same kind of chip box! Does the handle come off the winch though, to stop it hitting the ladder rack when your turning it? Do you have to do half a turn, take the handle off and 're position it to avoid the handle hitting the ladder rack?
  14. That's a funky looking piece of kit mate!
  15. Yeah, I can remember that post but can I find it!? Lol! It's cool, will use me old man's little trailer for now!
  16. Cheers dude! I'm looking for a winch that will power out as well as in and has a long enough lead or is wireless!
  17. Hiya, Just bought a cs100, picking it up on Wednesday! As its in London and I'm down in Cornwall I'm going to hire a transit box van to pick it up. I have some ramps so shouldn't be a problem, however my work truck is a double cab Hilux. I need to work out a winch type jobber to pull it up the ramps into the Hilux, anyone else do this and got any tips?! I know I may have to remove the shoot or the hopper to do this as the double cab dosent have a long load bed. Just wondering if anyone else has this set up and how you do it! I do have a small trailer available but on jobs where I can leave chip on site it would be easier to leave the trailer at home!
  18. Cheers guys, I'm well happy! Just gotta trek up to London to pick it up and get it out working now!
  19. Trailer is on the wishlist!
  20. Exactly my thoughts mate! :)
  21. Cheers mate! It's pristine! Only used around 20 times, guy giving up working and was his back up chipper! I'm stoked!!!!
  22. Cheers guys! Looks like I just bought a cs100 in pristine knick for £3000! Result!
  23. Oops.....typo! Sorry, had that figure in my mind for something else! Budget is around £3500.
  24. Hiya, In need of a wee chipper, budget of around £1200. Not a massive budget I know but worth an ask!
