  2. The price of small areas of any woodland in the UK is ridiculous
  3. Was home for a funeral last wk. Wanna move back home eventually but have a baby now do will need to wait. My brother just bought a house by the Phoenix park. Work is busy over here getting some good experience
  4. I lived on on with my ex for 2 years. We just stuck it on her parents land and went for it. Gutted it and put a new kitchen in. Big wood burner, carpet, bookshelf a all round was a great spot . Would live to do it again.

  12. These couple are from a massive plane done today. The tree covers four gardens but we were only crown lifting over 3 of them as the owner of the tree did not want their side doing. Some really long branch walks, hard enough but good. The photos are crap from an iPhone. I am in the middle of the second pic.

  18. It was fairly stodgy rugby. Wales don't have any decent ball carriers in the pack although Ryan jones had a good game. Can't wait for tomorrow should be a great contest
  19. Finished cutting up yesterday's tree today.
  20. The sapwood was much and further in was solid but then the middle was mush. Not sure why it died, it was pruned about 10 years ago quite heavily so this might have started its decline, no sign of any fungi
  21. No it was a walnut was massive mate
  22. Today's job was a dead walnut. The base and the crown were fairly mushy. Used a bloody MEWP which wasn't really big enough so some big lumps were coming down!
  23. The walnut we were doing today had lots of honeycomb in it but no bees. There was still some honey in it, it tasted amazing
  24. Pulley with a knit which I think is called the super cooper
  25. Ye I have an echo which is great for pruning but defo not for anything bigger
