  1. They were well looked after trees for years then let to go, and someone went in to them to hard. I know were they are but I didn't cut them, when I first saw them thought next set was digger in and out with roots.
  2. Will need some new boot soon as well anyone tried Treemme Aquastop Pro looks a good strong boot. Wear Haix protector pro but its a heavy boot.

    Stokboard

Bought mine from McVeigh and parker was the cheaper that Mole valley but i buy a lot of fencing stuff off them and rang up for price and was cheaper than internet price. Sam Turner and son are about the cheapest now but delivery may not be to your area or cost to much.

It's great stuff will never waste money on ply for ground protection. We run everything on it in gardens, small loader, digger, trucks and tractor. Even used it hedge planting when trench had to be dug drag excess soil on them to were trailer was then loaded it.
  6. Stuck rack maybe, this may help not the same engine but may shed some more light on it. Had tractor that wouldn't start when someone had pulled stop button out and left it stood few months, once i got it free i thought it then got stuck wide open. injection pump removal RTV 1140 CPX | OrangeTractorTalks - Everything Kubota WWW.ORANGETRACTORTALKS.COM I've determined that the rack is stuck in my pump (no fuel getting to injectors), is there a link to procedure for pump removal? I have removed fuel lines, intake manifold and cut...
  7. Black smoke is lack of air, would check air cleaner. But that's not why it is not fuel, could be multiple of things add together. Would check ignition switch as well.
  8. aluminium plate over the top then it will protect it next time.
  9. When it comes to chainsaw maintenance course how is going to tell him the clutch is left hand thread, best of luck 🤞.
  10. I use stockboard 9mm thick and have ran 9 ton cherry picker on it, left slight dent in ground, have back ifor trailer over on to edge of lawn to load it with no dents left. It has gone up a lot in price since last year. Mcveigh and Parker were the cheapest then Mole valley, never take any notice of web prices as I have got better deals by ringing up. It doesn't like standing up as it is very flexible. Best way of moving it around in garden is once holes are drilled in each end and sides make a long handled hook and paint it red so it doesn't get lost.
  11. Have you seen it, some people make a fuss over little things. Bucket of water and cloth sort most marks out
  12. Got 6 sheets of 9mm stock board which we use to move small loader and digger about on, also use them to move tracked mewp around. On a large job early last year we used them as area to leave brash to chip near chipper. Which i had bought 12 at the time now.
  13. As a standard truck they carry weight but we add extra sides and roof, so less payload.
  14. How the hell is he going to pick up a IBC full of wood with that. Also builders bags are different sizes, got a couple which are half a cubic metre.
  15. Just cut the neck off you have put on and use frame. Or as you say just finish it and use it as small jib to pick stuff up.
  16. My brother runs Makita and Bosch and has an adapter to use bosch battery in makita stuff, makes it a bit bulky bit bloody handy.
  17. Adding any rear weight to small loader will change balance of it lots, if I hang weights on the back of my giant with no attachment on front or just bucket and go backwards and turn and stop it will go to tip over, have heard from a dealer that someone added to much weight to the rear of a bigger giant loader and flipped it right over on to side going backwards and turning with half a bucket of dirt. So be careful how much you add.
  18. My mate has just bought a riveter recons it's the best thing since sliced bread. If you shop around there cheap as well. Nothing like a tidy tool box to make jobs easier, sent the other day sorting all spanners in my tool box into metric and imperial groups.
  19. Ifor williams switched about with tyre and size for years why the hell they never stuck to one size on all there flat, tipper and plant trailers. My 12x6 drop side has had no end of punctures and always right on the edge of tread. Last week got one which was a very small stone like a sharks touth.
  20. If yard is concrete, use old digger track bolt it to a big lump of steel weld some tine sockets to it to fit pallet tines, or if you have 4in1 bucket just grab it.
  21. I ve not got one, but uncle has been driving diggers for well over 40 years, his son bought a second hand one to fit a 8 ton 360 he couldn't believe how easy it made job after years of chasing stuff with bucket. But like other have said a thumb is also a game changer when moving brash and timber about plus a good driver on machine and bloke on saw laying brash down cut in the right length to move about.
  22. There's a company called microplant in suffolk how run Opico skidster loaders, maybe worth a call to see if he knows of a supplier. Microplant - Hire, Sales & Servicing of Mini - Loaders, Diggers, Tractors, Trenchers and Hole Borers WWW.MICROPLANT.NET
