Thanks Stubby, I missed your suggestion. Even with a 33" blade I am astounded that a 13 hp Snapper could not do the job:confused1: easy-lift guy

The Balkans did have the potential, however the Serbs were out for revenge against any providence willing to not play ball with them any more. Once Tito died the providences that actually had business dealing with the west and that kept Belgrade afloat in hard currency needed to make a decision. Declare independence and take care of themselves or continue to take orders from their masters. You pretty much remember what happened next, the politicians still managed to micro manage the whole affaire into a real shooting wars with hundreds of thousands killed, injured and displaced. I don't really have much use for the UN, I think most people in the US would rather the U.S. Out of the UN. The problem is apathy, and "until it's in my own back yard, it's not my problem attitude " will soon enough catch up with the citizens of the U.S. easy-lift guy

Could this woodland wasp sting death prevented?
easy-lift guy replied to tree-fancier123's topic in General chat
If these wasp swarmed like the Africanized Honey Bee that we now have in nearly all southern states, no known antidote or Epi pen could have saved the individual. At 82 unless an autopsy is performed the cause of death will never be determined, only speculated. easy-lift guy -
Kevin, your plan is logical and to the point. Regrettably the UN is not. I don't believe the UN has done anything even close to your proposal since the Korean War. The UN is a money absorbing body of burocratic minions taking their orders from leaders of countries that stopped being United a long time ago. easy-lift guy

I would leave the wood UN finished an be done with it. Since the wood is treated I would be surprised if the paint would last very long due to the chemicals in the wood. easy-lift guy

Since no one else has suggested this, have you tried cutting 1/2 swaths instead of full swaths?. I own and use a Snapper mower with a 28" blade and I regularly mow grass 4" tall with a 9.5 HP engine. Our grass is very tough, unforgiving. Your mower really should not have any trouble cutting what your having to deal with. Are you only mowing once a month or Two for the turf to be that tall?. If you can find them I would also suggest a Gator blade for your mower. This type blade cuts and chops up the clipping very efficiently. easy-lift guy

Actually Russia has had forces in Syria for some time considering the navel port, which I believe is still under Russian control. Funny how the Russians seem to want to sell anyone weapons until same weapons are used against their supporters and own troops. easy-lift guy

They won't have to change, you will though. Regrettably this has been an ongoing wave, invasion upon the European continent since the Syrian civil war has begun. Started as a trickle and now former eastern block countries are acting as a temporary buffer zone until they are overwhelmed and the tens of thousands continue to spread across Europe and elsewhere. The communist and chief of my country has gradually been flying citizens out of Syria for some time with estimates of up to 300,000 adventually relocating to this part of the world, Great, as if 22 million over the last 24 months was not enough from south of the border we just need more voters to keep the next dictator in chief and or carpet bagger in power:thumbdown::thumbdown: As long as the west continues to arm and supply countries willing to slaughter civilians, especially Christians who are not willing to convert to Islam and or pay taxes to live under occupation sadly I fear that Europe is next on the agenda for ISIS and its surrogates. Keep your powder dry, and be very aware of your surroundings. easy-lift guy

Did you even read either of the links?. Care to comment about either one?, can you?. If I am wrong about either link try putting into your own words what either link means to you, if you can. If you really don't want to be bothered or care just say so, believe me I will understand for many reasons. easy-lift guy

Actually I am still planning on attending APF in 2016. That said if we meet at the show I can talk to you or anyone else for that matter on a variety of topics including my own product as well. If you don't like my opinions about things that's fine. If you do that's fine to, since this is an open forum opinions about many things can be shared both ways. FYI, I actually like the citizens of the UK, so try really hard if you can to understand that your wrong about how you think I feel. easy-lift guy

Happy to get back on topic, just remember I am responding to your comments, selectively quoting me one line at at time may appear that I am not answering direct criticism. That's your style, not mine. As stated earlier in the first link that the OP posted even the authors feel that the waste of funding to maintain the various scemes created and enforced by various branches of the UK Government are loosing propositions. My point has always revolved around the enormous amount of waste generated by governments in order to keep the citizens and or tax payers at each other's throats while the governments sit back a play referee, with little or no responsibility for their actions. If this point is not clear enough for you to understand and comment on, that's fine to. I am still waiting for the OP to explain to me how paying families £££s over and above their normal take home pay is some sort of insentive entire to get same families and individuals off the dole?, perhaps he can't? easy-lift guy

If you wish data, I can provide it to you and than you can decide for yourself. My family members in the health care profession are doctors and nurses, do you have any family members in the health care profession or working for the NHS? Actually I have many members on this site that concur with my opinions and observations. The fact of the matter is many of your fellow country men and women have never known and, in all likely hood never will know difference between the health care system provided by the government and one provided by the private industry where free market competition not government regulation and bloated bureaucracy carries the day. FYI, Most if not all major surgeries done for patients visiting from other countries are major surgeries. Also most of the technology and techniques originated here in the US. That is why among other reasons people that can exercise choice instead of the status quo come to the US to this day, except for you. easy-lift guy

The Thousands of immigrants busting their guts to get into the UK are stretching the social well fare system on every front. What you don't understand is that when there are more takers than makers the existing population has to either be taxed more to cover the increased need and wants of these new immigrants and others into your country or face longer delays for basic services across the board. How do you think Italy is coping with the on going wave after wave of illeagles from North Africa? Could the UK continue to accept more and more immigrants into their borders indefinitely, ah no. As I stated earlier I still believe if there was or rather when a major catastrophe was to hit or war the existing NHS would fold due to the shear numbers of people over whelming the system. By the way I did not say the NHS for the UK is crap. easy-lift guy

When you've stepped down off your high horse, taken some lessons in detecting 'sarcasm' to complement your lessons in 'irony', two traits Americans are well known to be void of, read my post a second time. I defended Breaking Bad because I and millions of others found it a well made, well written, and superbly acted and shot series. A true modern classic. As for your 'holier than thou' condemnation of 'celebrating the sale of drugs for profit' or whatever, oh come on, did you also hide under the bed when Miami Vice was on in the 80's ? I can only imagine you're devoutly religious like most Americans, and this topic upset your Amish sensibilities. Just so's you 'get it' I was citing Friends and the polar opposite of BB. It's one of the most purile, humour-devoid shows I've ever had to scramble to switch over from. The addition of audience 'canned laughter' at all in-opportune moments, like every 2 seconds is further evidence of its 'dumbed down for the hard of thinking' target audience. For you to miss this further highlights your lack of willingness to absorb the content of anyone's reply, since you're too busy frothing over the keyboard with your next scathing reponse. In common with the majority of Amerians, and I've 'dated' a few, you really are nurtured to believe that the USA is the centre of the universe, and all outside a squalid imitation devoid of the freedoms and privelidges you all enjoy. This notion hasn't kept up with the times, and romanticises the post war euphoria felt in the states. In reality you're a broken country, divided beyond repair, with a racial divide the size of the Grand Canyon, a gun control problem, and dietary issues that lead the world in self destructive eating and morbid obesity. Tell me that ain't true Hank? Gosh, So much tripe to comment on. First off I have never had a high horse, so when you learn the difference between experience and confidence go jump off your own high horse. The American TV series you really like is according to you is well written, and superbly acted and shot series. So much for your taste in American TV. I suspect you have never known the death and destruction of Meph and how many families have been destroyed because of this and many other like substances. Although my faith has nothing to do with your laundry list of nonsense I can tell you that I am not Amish, my faith is my business and non of yours. What you will never comprehend is the fact that you are basing your opinion about the US based on what you hear and see and read and listen to. That is fine if you believe all of those things, The advertisers really appreciate your help. FYI Miami Vice was also crap TV so your batting a 1000 and climbing. With regards to your comment about another show know as friends since you now claim that this programming maybe is not what its cracked up to be and you were attempting an act of humor, sarcasm, I suggest leaving the humor to professionals, your not one. I feel sorry for any American women or maybe girls that were unfortunate enough to have to deal with your genuine lack of knowledge of America and its people. Perhaps they felt sorry for you and bailed as soon as possible. As far as the rest of your comments about the USA and being a broken country etc in time you may grow up and out of your own insecurities. You may even visit the USA and regret all the crap sandwiches you have consumed over your present life time that has left a very bitter taste and opinion about my country. Than again probably not. easy-lift guy

That's fine Jon you still have your opinion and I have mine. Your still AOK in my book. easy-lift guy

I have already made my case earlier based on my own findings and evidence provided. With regards to American TV, in particular the Two programs you mentioned I will have to take your word for it based on the consumption needs of the UK viewing audience. To glorify the life and times of one person who by way of chemistry makes a choice to produce mind altering substances for profit, with no regards as to how destructive the whole insidious nature of drug abuse is can only be shallow viewing quality at best. The Second choice know as friends, by the way you sure can pick some looser programs, is also based on what Hollywood would like things to be based on the media and advertisers maintaining control over millions of really stupid viewers. Not saying your stupid, just the programming is. Sadly American TV has pretty much gone down the toilet along time ago:thumbdown:. Since your reference point with regards to viewing habits and American culture are based on Two programs with no redeeming qualities IMHO you can make up your own mind what is real and fake that Hollywood produces for the masses of asses to consume. I have better things to do with my life based in reality and not fiction. easy-lift guy

My answers are not satisfactory for your needs so you can choose to except or decline. I am glad that your happy with the results for the surgeries that you have had performed on yourself and I hope much sooner than later you have the balance completed to make you as whole and functional as possible. My knowledge of the State run health care system is based on my years of private study and 6 different family members in the health care industry. These family members have confirmed my findings as well, so in spite of the fact that you believe your treatment was " high quality, prompt and efficient by quality staff", it was still rationed and timed according to the states needs and abilities. As stated before many Europeans that can afford the trip and cost of the surgery travel to the U.S. To have procedures done in a few days instead of months or longer. Your choice was made along time ago with regards to your health care needs, ironically before you were born. I am glad that I still have personel choices that can be made by myself and my doctor and not dictated by the state and scheduled accordly. easy-lift guy

Squiggly leaf pattern on cherry - any ideas?
easy-lift guy replied to Klaymeb's topic in Tree health care

So I read over the first link again and seemingly the article is very negative about the UC on many fronts. Explain to me how continuing to offer subsidies or out right payouts to individuals or small companies benefits said parties? The article was pretty long, however I am just wondering in your opinion this idea benefits either the receiver of said payouts or everyone else paying for it? easy-lift guy

The difference is you have lived and worked in your country all of your life and never had a choice because you were told what to do and what to expect if you did. I have lived all of my life in another country that has provide me with different options and not be beholden to the government since private industry not government industry takes care of its customers, Government does not take care of it customers/citizens. Other than providing for a national defense and a form of exchange in order to purchase goods and services the Government really does not provide, it takes and produces very little in return. easy-lift guy

And when more claims for care come in before the system can catch up with its self, Crash. When I travel to the UK or for that matters anywhere out side the U.S. I always have my own insurance to take care of any medical needs. Yes I paid into the system and it works, however in the event of a major catastrophe or invasion all bets are off, even for me. Like our Social Security system in this country, that is broke there are more takers than makers. If I had to have any major surgery here in this country and was rushed to an emergency room the surgery would be done, my insurance would pay for the cost and any out of pocket would be paid for by myself. Even if I had no insurance I would still be treated and released or if required to stay not have to be worried about weather or not I could pay or not. Same thing for surgeries especially surgeries termed elected sergeries. Thousands of people from around the world continue to come to the U.S. To have sergeries on their terms and time tables. If one can afford private doctors in the UK than those terms and time tables are greatly reduced or eliminated. If on the other hand say a knee or hip replacement is required by a patient that has paid into the national health care system needs the surgery done sooner that will probably take a lot longer. Many people I have met in my travels have related similar accounts with many choosing to make the investment and travel to the U.S. And have sergeries done here in stead. You get what you pay for, problem is rationed health care or having sergeries done on the governments time table or availability of hospitals and staff to perform said sergeries or procedures is no bargin. easy-lift guy

So PDI does not exist within the manufacturing of chain saws by Stihl?. I would think that would come under quality control, not a random sampling either. easy-lift guy

What is PDI? easy-lift guy
