  1. Oh, so it has all these benefits by removing it. Mine is coming off later. Thanks for the help guys. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  2. Paul you should be getting a discount on your rent because if this. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  3. Not sure. It's either that or the Liros braid on braid that's in the small photo on the right. I only use mine for reccy climbs too obviously, honestly.
  4. Yes and I'm pretty impressed with the saw so far. My only mistake was ordering in a hurry due to my other two saws breaking down. Because I did it all in such a rush I ordered the wrong saw, so now I have three petrol top handled saws and I wish I had ordered the Husky battery topper. Oh well, guess what is next on the list............
  5. Why? Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  6. Lets hope they don't hurt themselves because they'll sue the property owner for having a sharp bit on the security fence! Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  7. Hi Ger. I too have seen the 6mm Liros on Chandlery websites. I've seen white with coloured fleck in it. Mine is black with green(?) flecks. It's the same stuff that HighScale has used (for reccy climbs). I'll try to remember to photo mine tomorrow. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  8. Oohhh! Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  9. Where so you guys find these things?! I can never find anything useful on line. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  10. That's lucky cos in every instruction it says to refer to the dealer. Haha! Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  11. The echo top handled saws are beyond awful. However, I have a topper and a long hedge cutter and the 2yr unconditional professional user warranty is a game changer IMO.
  12. Hopefully Spud or Rich will be along soon to set us straight.
  13. Told ya! Joking aside, glad you like it. IMO the HH has more perks than the RW and that's why I got one. Difficult for me to say that on here when I got it because everyone was "RW rules!" I've been tinkering with different hitch cords for the last week which has produced some interesting results. Not worth publishing but it's been good tweaking practice. Ian, don't forget that hitch tension is super critical and 1mm adjustment transforms the HH from hero to zero and back again.
  14. I worked for a couple a few days ago who told me they had just returned from a New Zealand holiday. Whilst having a picnic under a large tree, a big branch fell off and landed on the lady! Luckily she wasn't hurt. Apparently it wasn't windy, it just fell for no reason at all. Haha! They went to the local police station and were dismayed to find the coppers to be uninterested. At this point I was choking back the laughter. I almost suggested that it was Taupotreeman's fault and they should call him but thought the humour may be lost on them! 15. Hi I just bought a t540xp and read the instruction booklet (which goes totally against the grain!) It says the spark arrestor mesh must be cleaned regularly, I've never done this. It also says the mesh must ALWAYS be in place. I'm sure I've heard about people removing the mesh for some reason. How important is this mesh? Thanks. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  16. I ordered mine late yesterday and Skyland got it to the couriers especially so that I received it today. That's good service!!
  17. Good idea Ger. Be careful though, a few guys in America played around with those grommet things that you can get for Pinto pulleys. I seem to remember there was no advantage and the possibility of something dodgy happening. DMc would be the one to ask. I'm sure he'll be along soon.
  18. Erm Varty, You'd find it easier if your groundie wasn't driving the pick-up at 20mph whilst you were hedge trimming! Anyway, yes the ELH is extremely recommendable. It's the second best money I ever spent. (Stein Trolley is no1 but only cos it's used more often then the ELH).
  19. Both my 200t and Echo 350ces are in the work shop so I called Skyland and ordered a t540xp yesterday. Actually wish I'd ordered the battery saw instead but I know I made a good choice anyway.
  20. I just bought a t540 from Skyland yesterday.
  21. Actually that's tosh. I bought the Husky cos I've got no faith in Stihl. My experience of them is dreadful customer service and their online policy............ Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  22. Seems this thread has got a bit derailed. I've just bought a Husky T540 from Skyland. I don't care what anyone's opinion is about my decision. I've read the relevant threads and used all the good info to make my decision. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
  23. Wet. Sent with my iPhone from me, to you!
