1. Hazy sunshine up this way, so all good!
2. Hi Steve, just cut this cherry down and looks pretty good in the middle. Do you want it?
3. Looking fantastic, Steve. So glad I dropped it off!
4. Green spray paint!! Why have I never thought of this? Genius solution
5. A customer of mine let their gardener loose with the hedge trimmers, if anyone wants his number, let me know ;-)
6. Yes, came up for sale just as I was looking for another vehicle! Very happy with it so far
7. Cheers mate, gives me a rough idea of what they should be!
8. Not so much the Landy, but the transit is always overloaded. Only just bought the trailer, hoping to spread the load a bit more. All I seem to end up doing is more work and less trips!!
9. Hi Jon, they are BF Goodrich All Terrain T/A. No idea of the size mate, soz!
10.

Hi Steve, got the logs in the back of the landy and hopefully get them to you next week. Be a shame to not use them as they have a lovely colour in the middle. What's your address?

11. I know it's been dry for the last few weeks, but we've had quite a bit of rain this summer, plus it is one tree in a line with none of the others showing any symptoms. I also noticed some die back last year. Just hoping it isn't something that is going to spread to the rest of the trees. On the other hand, if it does... ;-)
12. Here's mine, was getting fed up of getting the transit stuck at tip sites! Can anyone tell me what the tyre pressures should be? Never owned one of these before
13. Cheers Ben, I reckon it's unlikely to be late frost as we had such a mild winter, but will be interested to find out what the results are.... Phil
14. Hi, yes definitely Thuja. It has had some root damage in the past, but asked the customer about root disturbance and been told nothing recent. I only saw this tree for the first time last year and was showing some signs of die off, but is markedly worse this year.
15. Morning all, one of my customers has a Thuja hedge and the first tree has started to turn brown. Any ideas what might be the cause?
16. Passed this the other day, and couldn't resist sharing. Obviously there have been some highly skilled professionals working round my neck of the woods! Anyone got any more to share?
17. Would have been perfect it it tipped, but will be useful for getting logs off site and will save my poor old transit from getting overloaded quite so often!
18. Thanks for your reply, definitely not stolen as owners are very wealthy customers of mine and were thinking of taking it down to their other house in the south of France! I shall call them first thing!!
19. Just wondering if anyone knows what this trailer is worth. I've been offered it for £1500, hardly been used. Any thoughts?
20. Yep, that's my usual line for stumps...stick a pot on top. Hopefully I can appeal to their better nature. I have already had this discussion with his wife about 18 months ago and she decided to leave it in. Feel like I'm banging my head against a brick wall sometimes!
21. They have seen Stag Beetles in the garden and this stump is prime Stag Beetle habitat. I presently have some grubs in a vase full of woodchip in my kitchen, not sure I can fit any more in! Going to try to persuade them to keep the stump, but it's in the middle of a flower bed next to the front drive, so quite visible.
22. Morning all, I've been asked to grind out an old stump that I'm pretty sure will have stag beetle grubs in it. As these are protected, is this against the law? I want to try and persuade the owners to keep the stump in place for habitat. Cheers...Phil
23. How big a drill bit should you use?
