    Fake Owl

the national grid use them on their sub-stations if you go past one look at the top of them, I am sure you will see one not saying they work though but its worth ago instead of taking down the tree as the first option surely?
  4. cheers for the reply guys, is that place in Hastings just called "Hasting driver training"?
  5. Evening, As I am sure everyone is aware having a trailer licence in this industry is pretty much a must, as I only did my licence in 2007 I can only tow a 750KG or less trailer which is no good for work. Does anyone know how much is costs to do and anywhere in the Sussex area I can do it? cheers for the help guys. Henry
  6. I have a 57 plate 1.7 CDTI got it remapped for fuel and a bit more boot and its brilliant! I do about 2000 miles a month in mine and its really comfy the only thing is road noise from the back is a bit anoying by I put a thick towel from the ceiling to floor behind the seats and it works really well to block out the noise and only having 2 seats is a right pain in the arse. I get about 45-50MPG and I would get another one tomorrow
  7. did the HSE report find that there was no safety bar or just the safety bar did not work?
  8. yeah you should 100% buy it, just think of your poor workers thumb getting hit in this cold weather time after time:thumbup:
  9. Ashton will be the point scorer of this 6 nations, I would put money on it
  10. they might of had a groundy in the road but he was standing on the wrong side of the tree so he was letting the traffic roll up to him and under the tree. The cyclist should of stopped to be fair but you could put a coach load of people in Hi-Viz jackets in the road and there will always be some muppet that will stick their foot down and try and get past.
  11. Ruben Fleischers new film Gangsta Squad is an amazing film, its in the cinemas at the moment. It has Emma Stone in it so worth every penny!
  12. Evening all, I have been in the tree industry now for a few years (2 years full time 1 year part time) and I have been to college and done a level 2 Diploma in Foresty & Arb and I have loved it so far. As I am only 22 and I don't have a house or mortgage and I still live with the parents I want to make use of this and take my education further, but I am struggling to decide on what route to take. I am thinking of doing a Extended Diploma level 3 which then if I want I can do a Uni degree, my question is what have you lot done, what was the level 3 like and is there different level 3 courses you can do that then give you the chance to go to uni? also if you have done a level 3 what role do you play in the industry now? thanks Henry
