  1. do you know Tom Goodridge up there mate? 1 of the game keepers up there I read somewhere the other day they are looking for a full timer up there for forestry
  2. aswell as tree work, im also a sparky and I have worked at a few famous peoples houses, such as Paddy from Emmerdale, loads of the chelsea football team, a guy who owns 1 of the biggest building companys in the uk and his daughters houses, and Cheryl cole has a little hidden jem in a location i cant say off but the best person i have ever worked for is Fat Boy Slim and his wife Zoe Ball in there flat in Brighton which was cool super nice couple and he payed there and then and tipped me with a brand new ipod dock still new in the box! touch!
  3. NPTC are coming to a site I have picked to be accesed on near Brighton £155 a day for a guy to come out and look and more if you want the training

  8. alright mate, ive just done this before christmas, have you got to do a planting plan too? there is loads of websites that help you with tree sizes and what they can be used for

I would just like to say that I have only done this once and for good reason as he hit my truck and never owned up to it and I even had a letter in the door from someone saying they saw him do it and just drive off quickly! this is a great forum and I would never want people to go about killing tree's or going about things the wrong way
  10. get some good bleach, put it in a ice cube tray thing you use in the summer, stick them in the freezer for a few days, go out there with them 1 morning nice and early and throw them under the tree, when the sun comes up they melt and now you have bleech soaking down to the roots, it might not work on a tree but when you got a neighbour who anoys the crap out of you its a brilliant way of making there grass look patch, but obviously the best way around is a good chat!
  11. not at all, put a steak in the ground center of the bottom rail and they last years
  12. do 3m bays and if you can get hold of an ground orgar, you can fly through the posts and rails then nail gun the featheredges

  20. our work 1 has been on the company for 8 years and never had any major problems with it just the usual things like tyres a couple of batterys and break pads and lamps, that is it over an 8 year period, I love it so much so nice to drive and I am thinking about personally buy 1 myself
  21. could be fuel filter or crap in the fuel pipe, it happend to my saw once and kept doing the same thing untill i cleaned it out
  22. I got told that you can tow if you passed your test before september 2009 and this was by a traffic cop who showed and explained to me the letters on the back of your driving license, and the HGV age is now 18 but really expensive!
  23. I was actually working in Burgess Hill yesterday and I could see the helicopter floating about and sirens all over the place I wonderd what had happend, now I know, such a horrible thing to hear of though, but at the same time as the old saying goes "leave it to the proffesionals"
