  1. The deal I did with Andy was to trade it in every two years at a set price so not really worried. I would say there not the sort of machine that wants leaving outside full time. The joystick is what makes it so quick it would take a good man to keep up with it all day.
  2. Tits. Me and another local merchant often chat about various customers the same ones come up over and over moaning about a perfect load.
  3. It will come the squirrels were been really lazy this year there running round with nuts like little crack fiends now. Holly and other berry Bering trees shrubs are loaded. Plus my right little finger has a tingle that only happens when it going to be amid us 50 winter bla bla bla you get the picture
  4. How much do you require in the first delivery what% hard and soft we are starting to do it in wooden crates all under 18% mc
  5. There's 1.8 loose logs in a stacked ibc container anything under 100 a loose cube your mugging your self. I've got lads doing it round here on the side charging 60 a cube people still come to me at twice the price because I have a consistently constant supply of hardwood. Facebook is really bringing in custom at the moment half cube bags at £60 quid they love it
  6. Your charging to little for that amount of firewood if it was thrown I would want 140. Have you advertised? How much do you have? When it gets cold it will sell if I was you I would save it till it's real cold then charge 150 a crate.
  7. We looked at all the processors before we bought the tajfun 420 it's the best of the bunch IMO unless you got 40 k to spend then it's bindenberger they are in a league of there own. Speak to Andy at Kilworth he will come and do a demo you will not be disappointed. It was the last machine I looked at & did the deal there and then

  9. Worked on the new airbus hangers at stanstead airport got pulled up just outside the gate in a works van c&e dipped tank came up red they just let me carry on. Good job they didn't notice the other company van behind had the same reg as the one I was in but that's a while different story
  10. Dunn is a good make we looked at the 240 but the company that import them are not the most helpfull.
  11. And give the shady geezer in the pub a hiding for selling bent gear do it daily and he would soon get the message.
  12. Ash is so popular due to firewood merchants pushing it due to been easy to split and been able to sell it quickly. They no even if they get a wet load if ash they can still burn it. Sycamore & Cherry are some if the fastest drying woods but both suffer from mild problems if not stored correctly.
  13. I am signing up just not had the time to do it.
  14. Shame our local force does not think like that when our gear was nicked a few years ago they stashed the stuff they had on bored and put our gear in. A local farmer came across there stash and reported it rather than lie in wait they just told the owner to collect. To be fair there is one group responsible for 90 % of the theft in Herefordshire the police do everything they can to get them I'm court the judge then hands out very lie sentences. There us a case at the moment where a farmer in a remote location been robbed on many occasions threatened some one with a shotgun police called he is taken away!
  15. So the tracking company deal direct with the police just trying to get an understanding of how it works?
  16. I am sorry but if I had the location of a piece of equipment that was stolen from me I would not be ringing the police to recover where ever it was. Up till now I've been very lucky regards theft. Good tip on the tracker Dan:thumbup:
  17. For what's it's worth guys keep your kids in rear facing seers as long as pos it's the only thing that would of prevented my little boys injures . It's mandatory in Germany up till the age of 8.
  18. So if I switch to aspen it all cure my head aches?
  19. I see yes faith is 100% restored
  20. If I give a price it's for a top job if they want to haggle they can go somewhere elsa. Why would you feel the need to leave a mess you accepted the price. In previous posts you come across an been very profeshanel?
