  5. I'm not a big fan of finance have always saved up and payed on the nose but there's some cracking finance deals out there at the moment. If you got the work mapped out and the money coming in its a no brainier. Nobody's all lend to me as I've no credit history
  6. I think all merchants have a hulk moment at least once a day. Mine was mrs miggins ringing me at 715 to tell me her log burner was going to blow up as the hornbeam was to dry and out of controll. Second one at 645pm when a bag slipped off the forks and spilled everywhere You want to try new bags from bag supplies there pretty good can't compare with pakfix as I've never had one
  7. We all think about the same thing then logs only go mouldy in bags if there rain wet when they go in. Most of the merchants round here are selling 0.7as a cube so when we rock up with our cube bag there a customer for life Cpc tacho I'll come back to that .... Not How do you empty the pack fix nets
  8. I'd of hid in the van with the heaters on
  9. If there labelled up a cube you would be folkish to sell them as anything elsa you can tell them the bags have stretched till your blue in the face if it said a cube to them it's a cube I think you will come to the same conclusion as I did use bag throw it away or buy high quality bags and use twice You can bung used bags on the bay and get what you payed
  10. There's an old boy 76 who goes to Bowen told me last time I saw him it all be his last year on the ski slopes this year. Apparently his mrs his half his age to and he keeps her on her toes
  11. Good job you northerners are trained for that sort of ****
  12. That's fine and I do the same but if the bag has the size stamped you could be on dodgy ground. I stack the top of the bag as every one like a little extra helps if the bags 9.5 m3 first
  13. What you have to think of with bags is if you want to reuse them the stretch factor you can end up givinga3rd of a cube for nothing. We bought some bags of firewood off a guy we give £50 a bag one bag fills a spud box they were on there 4th year. Best to put the bag on the price and leave it
  14. Bags are the way forward if you look on our site below in my sig you will see the bags we offer wooden boxes sound great on paper I have 200 spud boxes stacked in yard and there going to be a pain to tip out bags bags Bag supplies to a bag with 4 mesh sides check out the size if your selling 4 0r500 the size is key
  15. You must smell real bad or something:lol: If I was offering £50 an hour I'd be fighting them off.
  16. Keep the feed back coming guys. Good and bad.
  17. We had a blade on demo disappointing to say the least. They are flat
  18. You need to have a go in my rodeo Jon why ever they put over drive on a 2.5 ton pickup I don't know. For a pickup it's quick best vehicle I've used for towing by far aswell

  20. It's like every community has the good and bad. Believe me arbtalk is on the whole a good place. Grit your teeth and crack on
  21. We have customers that use a lot and we look after them by dropping a off cuts and wood that's got slight rot in or mould. I see where your coming from a bulk bag a week is a lot. If your stuck I can put you in touch with some one the wood will be cheep but the transport expensive
  22. My brother had his 35 off Greet tractors good price and real helpful
