I am with you on this but I dont think that the LA want it on them if it all goes wrong they have had a bit of bad press round here!! + the LA would not pay for any of the work it would be down to the Toc to pay for it

I have told them what I think ( reduce and cary out internal investigation) But I really think they will want it down because if it does fail it could fall on the rail line/cars and 11kv power line.

Thanks for the info. The Tree has a TPO on it so I will be sitting down with the toc and tree officer next week to work how they would like to move forward. but Ive got a feeling that it will be taken down due to it being close the the rail, in a busy car park and with power lines under it.

I think your wright. the tree had a large limb fail last year and is dieing back. Thanks

Hello, Ive lost my fungi Id book. So could you guys tell me what this is. I found it on a large Ash you can find it all the way round the trunk! there is also some large brackets high in the tree but could not get a picture. could you also tell me what damage this fungi will be doing to the tree. many thanks

Give me a call in the week some time 07880795462 as we move all over the place. would be handy to have your number if we are working in essex (few jobs down that way soon) or your more than weclome to come to us in Norfolk for a bit of work but I cant off any long term work. It would be a day here and a day there. I think it would take you about an hour and a half to get here.

Thanks guys all sorted now got a tip site for the chips just up the road (think its going tobe 6 loads) and some one off here is coming to get the wood. thanks for your posts Ed

Hi Guys, I ve got a small job in Esssx (billericay) I will have about 5 loads of wood chip (hard wood) that I need to get rid off. Can any of you help me please. Also There will be a fair bit of log wood that needs removing if you want the wood you can have it for free if you come and pick it up. I am not sure how much there is as I have not looked at the job as I am working on a day rate. the job starts Monday so I will know then. but I would say there is a few ton and I ve been told its all hardwood. My Mog is fixed! New engine and some other bits and bobs done on it. Its running really well just hope it stays that way

I was in for 7.5 years Cpl in 3/4 Regt Army Air Corps most of the guys that work for me are x Army -
nice dog, But if your going to work it at all just be careful not to bring it on to quick Ive seen some real nice dogs being brought on to quick to early and they have been a right handfull when they got a bit older

Yep it is was going to pick it up today but they could not get the fuel pump timing wright any way cut a long story short the valve timing is well OUT they have said its blowing instead of sucking so I have call atkinson Vos (the guys who I got the engine from) and they are going to have to sort it! I ve got tones of work to get done but could really do with a chipper

All over based In norfolk I was in Holyhead last week cornwall two weeks before essex next week. I will go to any location if the money is in it

I use mine as my main truck and alot of the sites we work on you could not get any other trucks in there. I have never had a private job that I could not use it on. the only real problem is that 1, low mpg 2, can cost a a lot to fix it, but plus side free tax no mot cheap to insure

Qualification- Candidates for this role will ideally hold a minimum qualification of an AA Tech cert/ HND in Arboriculture or forestry, and hold membership of an appropriate professional body. If you can do the job is it not worth a go?
