  3. if its came from a generator it could be the wrong governor
  4. get a tachometer to read the rpm before you do anything it could be a fuel restriction then see what you should have. also check that the throttle cable is pulling the rack up to the stop
  5. heres food for thought i was talking to a fellow engineer about stump grinders and there life span. i work on heavy plant most of the the time and there expected to do 30k hours before replacement most grinders you see popping up on ebay are less than 700hrs they are getting sold off because they are showing signs off a hard life so if you have spent £40000 on a grinder £1000 a day doesnt seem that unrealistic a figure if you can get it well done

  7. Speak to billy at Allison enterprises he runs a Terex pt80 with a clearing head on it and its very effective
  8. I would reckon then it will be a gear or a vane type pump and that will be the relief valve adjustment
  9. What is it fitted to it could be ls adjustment or swash minimum or max or maybe even a relief valve

  16. looks like yet another dodgy grinder on ebay no feedback courier only and in the middle of nowhere i.e. peterhead, keep your eyes peeled chaps
  17. maybe thats why they are selling not enough work for all the chippers up there did you think about that possibility
  18. going on to green teeth also it will fit straight on to your cutter wheel if it uses 1 1/2 x 5/8 hole centres so no farting about changing cutter wheels

  22. 0 feedback i am from stirling area theres a 40 ish ton crane in the background not from our patch and an excavator in those colours i dont think i would miss

  24. check out the rayco grinder on ebay looks suspicious its not from this area its from preston according to the decals on the other kit i have emailed the seller wishing to view it
