  1. we are starting to grub 5 achers of apple 5000 trees next month all pruned 6ft lengths if interested mate or there are 100 tons logged allready dogs not included!
  2. mate dont over do it remember drop a rep add 5kg see your going to do press i tell you , you should do clean and press awsome for cardio and strength sets of 3 to 5 reps is more than enough.mix your squats with front squat it uses more front quad, it is harder but you gain more flexability in the hips, i would use power cleans more often than dead lifts you will blow your self too quick, all the top sprinters weight lifters cyclists top sports atherletes use this.
  3. power cleans 5x5 @ 100kg followed by 3 weeks in traction!
  4. 12 to 15 apple logs in a net they go at £5 ,the trouble with apple is that its not net friendly they snag in the net due to the pruneing and contorted shapeof the wood,
  5. these bags just hold a level pallet box of brambly apple logs (9 to 12 inch) 450 logs aprox, had a few sniffs at the price is it worth it!!
  6. after years of rugby cricket and lots of weight lifting and a heavy work load my knees got wreaked pattela tendonitis a really dull ache and even laying in bed wilth the weight of the blankets on it used to hurt . i had to loose weight and cut down on the work load, but what i found that helped was a strapping under the knee cap , i see them advertised on the internet and sceptical of those sort of things i shunned it at first, and being a tight farmer i made it my self, as simple as a elastic bandage around the top of the leg just under the joint, mate i feel for you .
  7. get your sen a dog!i used to weight lift but as the workload increased and spare time decreased and insentive! then this is a great way to get out and burn a few inches of lard !
  8. i bloody hope it burns well i am starting to take down 175 40 fters tomorrow from a wind break, dont they make gun powder out of it or charcoal ?

  11. be careful with useing your dogs as your guards, not to far from us a farm was done over that had two big sheppards in the yard , the scum ****** drove up to the dogs opened there window and sprayed brake cleaner in there mouths killed them instant. i love my dogs but they are only an early warning or wake up alarm.
