  3. i have an eye to eye, il photo what ive got tomos when im at the yard. i have never climbed vt or mt (dont have a clue what mt is) but seeing as i have the kit to potetialy climb vt id like to give it a go

  6. i have a yale imori 11mm rope an eye to eye prussic, a stein skywalker pulley the skywalker looks a slimilar gadget as the hitch climber, can it be used the same? please could you post your vt climbing vids here as im would like to learn to use it,

  8. wrestling,, my spelling is crap, it hates small forks and also likes to pull wood and branches agaist the anvil instead of in the blades, does it to much,, but like i said its a reliable machine, but after working with the jensen for 2 years i cant get on with the 190

  10. as said it does the job but i spend all day restling with our 2 at work,, we are hopefully replacing one on them ths year and have persuaded them to try the jensen i used to use, the 190 is reliable tho

  12. they dont rattle tight theres a vucuum inside, a little tip, if u tighten the oil cap up level with the begining of the oil symbol, you can open it with out tools when the tanks empty but if some one else does it up for me i can never get it open,, il post a pic tomos of what i meen
  13. well the husky 346xp had already claimed top spot,, i cant wait to get my hands on a 550xp, and my 346 is a little screamer, it has an 15 inch bar with a full chisel chain with the rakers low, cuts throught anything like butter, i was felling a load of 25 inch chestnuts with it erlyer and not once did i feel the need for a bigger saw, so if the 550 is an improvment on the best than it must be an increadble saw, my 361 is up for replacment in the new finacial year so getting a 560xp (xpg if im lucky).
  14. there isnt relly a differance in leaving or taking the wood in cost

    if u have problems just plonk the saw on your local dealear desk and let them sort you out a chain to fit,,
  17. will be intersting to c how the tree recovers,, please take more pictures when u go back in the growing season
  18. does anybody here climb on a Michoacan with a skywalker pulley set up? or even beeter have any vid of climbing on it? cheers ed

    should b fine id enagine,, if its a problem take the saw to your delear, but it on the desk and say can i have a new chain that fits that please sir, and id recomend a full chizel chain

  22. ms260,, dont bother with having a 361/362 or the husky equivilant aswell, but go one bigger, up to a ms460 or a husky576xp with a 24inch bar the ms260 with a 16 will do most of the work untill u need a bigger saw
